Low Staff... We are a big group (about 15) but all came in ready to sit separately by family. As the hostess gets each of our family names down, one of the waitresses comes out and ask the hostess how many tables we will need and as she looking at all of us she says "We only have one server that's already serving a group of 30 and other tables around so you'll have to wait 30 to 45 mins for a table." We were fine waiting until she can seat each family when available (we didnt mind being seated at different times), but she repeated that same thing again but in a rude tone and then saying it'll be until an hour wait. The restaurant was half empty and there seemed to be more people in the staff waiting by the kitchen so we really don't understand what the big deal was other than her not wanting to serve us. We ended up leaving since she was making a big deal about having only one server and we were honestly hungry & didn't want to deal with someone not wanting to have customers at their restaurant. Read moreFirst time eating out (being able to sit down) since the corona thing started. There were 6 tables and 3 were our family’s. Food took forever then it was all over cooked, cold, and wrong items. The waitress brought us other peoples food and drinks on separate occasions (how hard can it be seriously!?! there were only 3 other tables with people sitting at them 2-4 people at each table..8 customers total besides our party of 14) and 2 waitresses taking food out. If there could be a 0 or a 1/2 star you guys would get it! The cooks definitely don’t have things together either! I ordered a steak rare with fries and mashed potatoes. I received a steak medium well with mashed potatoes no gravy or butter and rice.. then when she brought the gravy it too was cold. I ended up canceling my order because everyone else was already done eating, sure hope you guys get it together before you get busy or get a new staff either way the owner/management NEED to get things figured out QUICKLY you have lost our business that’s for sure! 3.7 stars out of 5? Read moreIve never had an issue with service at this location. But today their service, or lack of, was the worst service i ever experienced in my life from a restaurant. The waiter took mine and my familys order, after we had already waited 10-15 minutes for someone to take our actual order. Left, 20 minutes later he comes back with one correct order of nachos then says," sorry i need to retake your order, we had to cancel your order". His reason at first was beacuse other people left without paying so they had to cancel those orders and ours for some reason, then it was something to do with thier computer system. Which was fine with us, wasn't dudes fault. He took down our order again, he left, then came back with the wrong food twice, so now an additional 20 minutes have past. We got up and said yeah cancel whatever order you do have back there. They said ok sorry. We just walked out and didnt pay for the nachos.
