Cons - Literally everything else.
Zero consideration for disabled/limited mobility customers. Delivery driver refused to bring the food to my hotel room and essentially forced me to retrieve it from the front desk because “we’re not supposed to deliver to the rooms.” Since when? I was in so much pain by the time I got back to my room that I was sobbing.
This franchise makes, hands down, the worst food I’ve ever received from any Domino’s ever. I ordered a supreme pizza, Italian sausage pasta bake, and the cheese & marinara baked dip. The dip and pasta were burnt black on the edges. The dip didn’t even smell like actual, edible food; it sure didn’t smell like either marinara or cheese, but some sort of fake plastic-y smell. The texture was as if the cheese had curdled instead of melted; completely inedible. The pasta was so burnt I could only salvage about 1/3 of it, and even that was terrible. Overcooked, hard, crunchy pasta, and “Italian sausage” that had a really questionable texture. The pizza was nearly flavorless, and what flavor it did have was kinda gross. Definitely not up to Domino’s standards. It tasted like the worst generic, off-brand frozen pizza; it was barely edible and certainly not enjoyable.
$60 for this?! You’ve gotta be kidding me!

Read moreTerrible, terrible service. I have been on the phone 15+ minutes waiting for someone to attend us because we are on hold. My mother asked for someone in Spanish as she was the one ordering and was left on the phone for 15+ minutes, we tried calling back again and were left on hold again. If there is no available translator they should just tell the customer that instead of leaving them on the call thinking they’re going to get a response back. -After this comment I personally went inside the store to try and order the pizza and in person order wasn’t available due to the time and I fully understand, but T and the manager working there need to do a better job of attending customers. I informed them that their employee T left us on hold for 15+ minutes with no answer wether if their was a translator or if our order was placed or not. After I spoke to the manager working their she stated that she wasn’t able to attend the phone because she was helping out another customer, but when I went inside the store was empty and their were 4-5 people still working inside. A simple “I’m sorry we don’t have anyone to translate for you tonight” would have been better then leaving us on hold trying to get a response back. Really we know our address. He was in a different neighborhood, on a totally different street. Telling my brother he was in front of our house. Then finally got to our street while still arguing with my brother about where he was. Has my brother walk down the street from our house to get the pizza, and take it out of the hot bag our self because he wouldn't touch it because it had pork. Then proceeded to lie to us saying he drove by 3 times. I was out side for an hour he never went by our house. Called the store and the excuses were amazinng.
