I had an absolutely terrible experience with the customer service at this location. It seems like they make up their own rules and enforce them however they please, without any regard for customer convenience. I placed three mobile orders, but since the dining room was closed, my only option was to go through the drive-thru. However, I was told that they have a policy of only allowing two drive-thru orders per car. How does that make any sense when the dining room isn’t even open?

When I asked the manager for an explanation, she simply told me that I would have to go through the long drive-thru line again to pick up my third order. This was extremely frustrating because the line was moving slowly, with each car taking around 10 minutes. I explained that by the time I got back through the line, my other food would be cold, which would completely ruin the meal. Instead of offering any kind of solution or even showing a bit of empathy, the manager rudely slammed the window in my face.

I have never experienced such poor customer service before. There was no willingness to help, no attempt to accommodate the situation, and no respect for the customers. If they are going to enforce policies like this, they need to have a better system in place—especially when the dining room is closed, leaving customers with no other option. I will not be returning to this location, and I would not recommend it to anyone who expects even the bare minimum of...

Been going to this location for years and sometimes the food is so on point that it looks like the pictures and tastes great. A month ago I got their crispy chicken sandwich and it tasted better than the competitors. So I went back for another one, the line was long but moving fast and my order was ready quick. When I got home the lettuce looked extremely wilted and already darkening like it was sitting premade which made the crispy part of the chicken it touched moist and not cispy. I understand people hate waiting in drive thrus but I'd rather wait and get that better than the competitor sandwich then move quickly and be disappointed. Over the years the flavor of their chili has changed as well. It's more subtle and I haven't been offered the hot sauce packet that makes it delicious in awhile. Their fries seem to always be great though. Always hot, perfectly fried and can taste they change their oil efficiently. I am a bit disappointed in this place due to the lack of concern over the customers order. I have gone to this location several times and find it friendly and clean and an overall good atmosphere. However, I ordered two Dave's Number 2 and waited, and waited, and waited, and waited. Ten others after me, yes, 10, ordered and got their orders quickly and left. I finally had to request my money back. I took my business to their next door competitor who achieved the goal of customer satisfaction. Needless to say, I don't recommend this location due to the staff not being able to handle a simple order. On top of it, the shake machine was out of their mix and the worker decided to not wear gloves and when he punctured the bag, it spilled all over his hand and lower arm while dispensing the liquid into the mixing machine.
