Dunkin' — Restaurant in Stonecrest

Although this location is normally my go-to Dunkin’, regardless of the distance or the long wait…5 stars every time, today they get 3 stars for wasting my time not informing me when ordering that they no longer offer beyond sausage; assuming regular sausage would suffice considering regular sausage was ordered for someone else. Working in the service industry, it is never ok to make assumptions as people order specific items for various reasons. It is extremely annoying that an assumption was made regarding the meat requested when I’m pretty sure the cashier has a meat exemption due to religion. Bottom line, provide the same service that you would expect and never make assumptions with someone else’s food.

This location Used to have decent service, but as of lately (from my original review in 2021 until 2024) the service is Absolute Trash. Scamming and all. NITITI?… or whatever his name is, and fellow employees working the closing shift all need additional training because the entire interaction was inadequate from the start. One star because that’s the required minimum.

REVIEW YOUR RECEIPTS. . I am not pleased with the service I received. I am a loyal customer. I frequently stop at my neighborhood Dunkin store #646 every other morning to order: medium hot butter pecan with cream and Splenda.

I stop 2x a day sometimes, when I’m on my way to my first job and when I Uber at night. I stopped at this location last night. I ordered coffee and to take advantage of the promotion free donut Wednesdays. The female employee was yelling through the mic as if she could not hear me. She said they were out of 3 types of the donuts I ordered before I settled with the old fashion. I was in the drive-thru. So I rolled to the window. I gave the male employee my phone to scan. He seemed to scan my app. Then I requested to tap and pay. I received my order and got on the highway to head back to Atlanta. Only to notice, I was overcharged for the order, and my coffee was made incorrectly. I also did not receive any points for my order. My last scan on my app is from my neighborhood store #646 12/10. I was deceived and overcharged. I was not given a receipt from Dunkin. However, I was able to view my receipt...

This restaurant is in my neighborhood so 8 come here frequently. It is always busy and always has a lot of people inside and in the drive-thru. The staff work fast and efficiently. My orders are always right and prepared quickly. Sometimes they run out of products, but that is expected with the amount of business they do daily. I have not had that happen to me often. My favorite are the breakfast sandwiches and the iced coffees. This location participates in community activities like Veterans Day. They had city commissioners onsite giving away coffee. That was a great day. The inside is kept tidy most of the time. There are times where I have gone inside and seen straw paper, coffee stirrers, napkins, and/or coffee stains on the tables and/or countertops. It’s expected though……they sell lots of coffee to lots of people. I feel they do a good job of keeping it clean in relation to how busy they are everyday. I will co time patronizing this location and not just because of its proximity, but because I enjoy their service and community...
