I was the only customer in there and the people in the front of house were too busy joking around to even acknowledge me. I asked if someone could please take my order and the guy I spoke with said somebody else needed to take my order. He called for someone to come out of the back who didn’t, so he went back to retrieve him. The guy who he went back to retrieve came out with another guy and they were also laughing and goofing around with each other. The guy who initially helped me had to tell this guy three times to take my order before he did. To top it off, the person making the sandwich put on so much mayo and Italian dressing on it (I asked for Italian dressing only) that it ruined the sandwich. I tried to scrape it off, but it didn’t really help much. She also put almost no toppings on the sandwich. The only reason they’re not getting a 1 star is because when I finally got someone to help me out, our interactions were not unpleasant. Especially the first guy I spoke with. I’m all about having a good time at work, but it shouldn’t interfere with customer service. I felt like I was dealing with a bunch of stoned high school kids.
At most sub places, you tell the person putting the toppings on your sandwich what you want. At firehouse, someone else takes that order and gives it to them. That’s problem number one. Number two, you can’t see over the high counters so if somethings going on your sandwich you don’t want, you don’t find out till you get home. That’s too late to correct...
Read moreOn 9/9/18, I entered the establishment at 8:56 PM. Soon as I entered the building a gentleman behind the counter(I think his tag said TTY) yelled loudly “We’re closed”. I then looked at my watch (8:56 PM) then at the door which said 9:00 pm closure. I asked “You’re closed” and another young lady whom wasn’t wearing a name tag co-signed by shaking her head yes! I then asked for the manager and was told by the same duo “She on the phone and ain’t available” and of course I said “I’ll wait”!!! Lol.... Then shift manager “Amber” finally ended her call and asked what happened. I told her and she apologized saying that they were not closed and was unsure why they said that. I requested the store number and no one knew it! I was given a menu with the store address on it to file complaint. Fast forward....I contacted corporate and was told all GA restaurants are privately owned but my complaint will be forwarded to the owner. So I’ll play the waiting game now....lol!! My issue with this situation is that as long as your on the clock you should be working...not standing around talking and then yelling at customers once they enter the establishment. NEXT TIME LOCK THE DOOR IF YOU...
Read moreDefinitely need better customer service. The workers at this location on November 26 @ 4pm. I did an online purchase & upon my arrival I was told that my order was not received. I advised the cashier that I showed a payment & even thou my order is showing not received I would handle this matter with my bank card. I then asked could I make my order in the restaurant & the attitude I received from the 4 workers I decided I would rather leave this establishment & advise all employees that customer service should be considered priority & needs improvement! I explain in the past my experience has always been great the reason I come to this location. I went to the Conyers location & the experience was fantastic from the time I entered & upon leaving!! Greetings with smiles & Thanking me for coming♥️.
It saddens me I have to go to another location far from my home when Stonecrest location is the closest to experience customer service that will definitely make me want to revisit!
