This store is a hot mess of non-working employees that have no common courtesy for the customer.
Drive-thru order: Sunday December 3, 2023 I purchased two chipotle ranch chicken burritos with no red chips or tomatoes and a strawberry creme freeze drink, of course tomatoes were on there and the burritos were cold as if they had just taken out of the cooler... Even the tortilla was cold. The drink was extremely too sweet to drink. I returned to the store where Ashley was at the window (but didn't initially take my order) she was extremely disrespectful and her tone of voice and spoke down to me like I'm not a fifty-three year old woman.
She opens the window and says yeah, not a hello how can I help you, just yeah I explain about my floors and ask that it be remade correctly, sure says give it to me and scratched the bag out of my hand.
At that point I wanted to get her attention she looked at me and kept speaking to another associate, I blew my horn and at that point I just wanted a refund. She slammed the window, came back and gave me my refund I asked for the Managers name and phone number, she stated it's on your receipt...I said you didn't give me a receipt... She gave me someone else's receipt but not for my meal after that she slams to the window and walks off.
She really needs to be reprimanded and retrained properly on her customer service skills. I truly hope that Taco Bell does not continue to condone this type of behavior towards their customers.

Read moreInitially, I rated this establishment three stars; however, I must now retract that assessment and assign it a negative rating of one hundred stars. I recently visited the drive-thru, where I placed my order and completed my payment. I was informed that my food would be ready in varying timeframes, which shifted from fifteen minutes to thirty minutes and then back to fifteen minutes again. Consequently, I ended up waiting two hours for my meal.
Despite my patience, I encountered a particularly disheartening moment when one of the employees, as he was leaving, glanced at me and remarked, "Are you still here? Are you serious?" He then indicated that he would return inside to inform the staff of my extended wait. I remained in my vehicle for an additional twenty to thirty minutes before receiving any further updates.
To date, I have refrained from contacting customer service, although I feel compelled to do so, as the treatment I received was exceptionally unprofessional and indicative of a lack of regard for customer satisfaction.
It is evident that the establishment does not monitor operations effectively, contributing to a dismissive atmosphere towards patrons. I encountered unfriendliness and disrespect on multiple occasions, culminating in a nearly two-hour wait for my meal. The brief apology offered by a staff member did little to ameliorate the situation or mitigate my experience. Read moreThey aren’t anything like what they use to be. They don’t listen and follow directions, no matter if you order online, in-person walk-in or drive-thru…. They still find away to mess up your order. They leave stuff out, don’t fix your food exactly the way you requested, and the food is never fresh. That’s the main reason you can’t get food exactly the way you ask, because the food is just sitting their from them pre fixing foods, and when someone orders they don’t start from then making the item fresh. It’s old sitting, cold and, soggy, plus completely wrong when you receive it. The two Taco Bell’s locations that are in my area are: Fairington Road in Lithonia, Ga next to Walmart ( it’s a Taco Bell/ Long John Silver’s combined) and the other location is Taco Bell at Stonecrest Mall area ( across the street from Tire Plus shop). Both do the same horrible things. And then have the nerve to ask you to bring the food back, in order to get another meal at another time. How feels like leaving home expecting to eat and be satisfied. But in stead you get no satisfaction, then have to go all the way back to the restaurant that just cheated you, give them the exact amount of food back, ( giving them your receipt isn’t enough) in order to get your food done correctly that you already paid for, now wasted more gas on…. All of this is ridiculous. They both need to be closed and staffed with new, employees and new rules. Cleaned up buildings inside and outside.
