This was the first day the store was open after the pandemic and the customer service my husband and I received was piss poor! Got in line to be rung out at 5pm and did not leave the store until 8:40 pm because there was only 2 people on the register the entire time. Being a 6 month diabetic pregnant woman standing in line that long I had my husband go to the car to get hand sanitizer since social distancing guidelines were not being met. When he tried to come back the loss prevention team told him he could not re-enter because the store closed at 7pm and it was 7:15pm. As a high risk customer with a cart full of items my husband was not given the courtesy to give me what I needed and had to stand alone for another hour and a half before checking out. Meanwhile the loss prevention team had let other individuals in the place after telling my husband no! It gets better that there was only 2 people running the register with the line wrapped around the entire store while 6 employees are leisurely restocking the store instead of trying to get people out of the store after the store is closed. Needless to say my husband and I as well as our friends and family will never be shopping at this Ross ever again! I spent over $100 at this store to be treated like this is...
Read moreThis location is okay it has seen inventory changes over the last few years. When the location first opened they had great styles and brands and the shelves were over flowing with stuff. These days they don't have as much. When you walk in the store it looks scarce and empty. The location is clean and uncluttered but again I don't see the same amount of merchandise as in past years. The customer service is still good and the line moves pretty quick so this location is good if you are looking for your standard items like pillows, towels, or houseware. If you are looking for more specific specialty items like vintage style lamps, business suits for work or foreign food goods then this place is not where you...

They suggested I get out of line go “find” and ATM and come back with cash. I needed a few of the items so I asked if they could hold my cart until I got back and was told that they do not hold items and that they would likely put the items in my car back within 30 minutes and if the items were put back on the floor, I could just “re...
