This place could be a lot nicer if they didn't charge you a cover charge on Saturdays just to get into the place. ($20 for men and $10 for women).
This place isn't even crowded to be charging you just to get in. And it's also not a fancy establishment where it's worth being charged just to get in.
The food was okay as me and my wife had wings. Problem with the wings is that the cook was trying out a new sauce. ( News flash to the cook. Try that out at home first if you want to experiment and not with paying patrons).
Also they charge an 18% gratuity on your order which sucks because the waitresses could care less about providing customer service because they're getting tipped anyway.
Our waitress kept socializing with what looked to be her boyfriend instead of attending to us and some other customers. But like I said because there's a mandatory gratuity their customer service sucks.
If you want to get served some 2 star food with experimental sauce served by waitresses who socialize with there guests who stop in while ignoring you listening to music that's so loud that you can barely hear your waitress then by all means go here.
Just know that it's going to cost you (a party of two) $30 first before you even get a seat to receive poor service.
This establishment could quickly turn profitable if they would stop the cover charge, get a DJ that plays music at a comfortable volume, hire a cook that doesn't experiment on the fly and remove the mandatory gratuity so that the waitresses can provide customer service to earn their tip.
The cover charge and gratuity is what is keeping this establishment afloat. Try providing better customer service, a more friendly atmosphere, better food and have management come around to the guests so that you can obtain first hand opinions.
I just changed my 2-Star rating to a 1-Star rating simply because they responded to this post saying that there was an event that night which is the reason why they charged to get in. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! They barely had 30 people in the venue that night.

UPDATE - JUNE 14, 2024: Based on the response from the owner for this review, I called 592 Lounge & Restaurant on Monday, June 10, to see if they truly wanted to make things right. I spoke to Delon. He agreed to include the food that I paid for but never received in my next DoorDash order. That sounded fine to me. He asked me to call him the next day at 5pm because that's when he arrives to work.
On Tuesday, June 11: I called at 5:10 but he hadn't arrived. I called at 5:30 but he hadn't arrived and left a message with my number to call me. I called at 6:05 but he hadn't arrived and left a message with my number to call me. On Wednesday, June 12: I called at 5:25 and tried to leave a message to call me but the lady got my name and hung up before asking for my phone number.

I drove an hour to get to this location just to be treated like •••• there was absolutely nobody in the club with the exception of two tables who weren’t buying drinks or any of the sort at the bar hanging out having a good time I requested a song from this at 9:30 PM. I left at 3am I definitely see why there was no people there on a Friday. The DJ laughed at me and thought it was funny when I went back to ask about my request. I really didn’t respect it at all because I drove an hour to get there for a DJ not wanna play my requested song after he told me multiple times that it was on the way and there was nobody in the club! I completely understand why there was nobody there because the attitudes of the DJ was definitely terrible. I don’t like how it was treated. I’m from out of town and I was just trying to have a good time. I’ve been to several places in Atlanta and NEVER BEEN TREATED IN SUCH A MANNER.
