I live in Gwinnett County, and this was my first time visiting this Marshalls. I must say, I have never experienced this level of customer service in my life. I walked in right as they opened, and they were having their morning huddle before starting the day. Even though I wasnât a part of it, I could feel the energy and love radiating throughout the store. It was truly amazing and an honor to witness.
From the moment I stepped in, every associate greeted customers with a warm smile and a cheerful âGood morning.â They made sure everyone could find what they needed, and their kindness was unmatched.
I just want to say, keep doing what youâre doing, Ms. Janice, Ms. Jackie, Ms. Gloria J, and the young lady in the cowboy hat today (I hate that I didnât catch your name). You all are amazing!

   Read moreI visited this location recently. Had a very bad experience with a cashier there. I was returning a pair of boots. After he processed my return, I asked the cashier if I needed to swipe my card. (I've returned items at stores in the past and did not need to swipe my card) His response in a rude nasty tone was "DO YOU EXPECT FOR IT TO JUMP UP THERE BY ITSELF"! Needless to say I was floored. I said to him that I did not like the smart remark that he had made..... No response from him. Is it just me or has others noticed the attitude towards "certain" customers from "certain" cashiers at some stores? đđ Folks are really getting BOLD!! Yesterday had to be one of the worst experiences that we have ever had at this location. SHAWNNA THE ASST GENERAL MANAGER was not only rude and disrespectful, but she was also non chalant and gave a I donât care attitude after I simply asked her to help me with finding some comforters. Not only did she reply rude she shrugged her shoulders and told me to look for it myself.
