I wish I would've seen these reviews prior to going here. I initially saw this business while googling from site to site looking for specific fraternity gifts. I made an appointment which I was late for because my GPS gave turns at the last minute & drivers are NOT courteous at all! I've only lived in Ga. a little over a year & even the folks born here can get lost. I arrived at this establishment excited & ready to shop for my ONLY child. The customer service was horrible! There were only 2 other customers in the shop. I'm guessing the lady seated at her computer & the man watching us like we were thieves are the owners. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Whoever they are they were not helpful or friendly at all & referred me to their website for custom orders. Lol, with the right customer service I could've easily spent more than the $70 I spent. I only spent that to feel like I didn't waste my gas or my time driving to their establishment. Store had nice things. However, I was turned off by customer service. I bought a headrest cover. I realized the person I purchased it for already had 2. I asked if I could exchange it for something else. I had the receipt and item had not been opened. I was not asking for a refund. I was simply asking if the money could go towards a more expensive item in the store. I was simply told NO. Needless to say, I was stuck with a $20 item but the store lost a lot more because the group of people I was with decided to take our money elsewhere and spent approximately $700 with a vendor who happily told us that the items could be returned in 14 days as long as we had receipts and it was in its...
