As always, my sister Tabitha and I came here to get our Caramel Iced Coffees extra cream, extra caramel, and extra ice. Because it is ICE COFFEE! We waited 28 minutes in the drive thru by the time we got our coffees. The employee whom we see daily says hello and then tells us he did not make the coffees. So they know how we like our coffees. We taste them and realize he knew that his co-worker/manager made them wrong. My sister pulls into a spot, and I get out to go inside to get some caramel because we had all ready paid for it, and the coffees did not have any in them. As I stand there another employee comes from the back with an order because the drive thru is extremely busy and door dashers and other customers are waiting for their orders, the employee asked me if I needed anything and I told him of the issue and he said he would be right back after handing the order to the other customer waiting. He heads back to get the caramel, and I hear a woman's voice and then him tell her that I need my coffee. She says, 'Oh no. I put the caramel in myself! Where is she?' He tells her I am at the counter. She comes over and explains to me what I had already heard and that she was not going to give me the extra caramel for my coffee. Even though I had already paid for it. I said fine and came to the car. She was very rude with her tone and her words. I did not appreciate it. My sister and I have never had this problem with this store. As a lead customer service representative, I have never spoken to a customer like this. Now, here is my issue because the manager said she made the coffee gerself. Well, having had these every day over 3 yrs. Guess what? The manager also said she put 10 shots of caramel into our coffee. It does not take 10 shots to make our coffees caramel enough for us. It takes 7 shots of caramel. And 10 shots would have made them too sweet. Now your manager also suggested that I bring the coffees into her and she could throw them away and make new ones. Why? Read moreThere were literally 8ppl behind the counter and the drive thru line was wrapped around the building. I waited a total of 20 min with being parked waiting on my food. I ordered 2 kids meal 1 double quarter pounder regular and 1 quarter pounder without ketchup and mustard. Welp after waiting I see the person with my food go to 2 different cars first then when they see me saying yes that's mine proceeded to tell me where I was told by the drive thru person to park was the wrong space and I should have parked in the number as to which I proceeded to inform them their own Co worker instructed me to park here. I checked my food and GUESS WHAT YEP. KETCHUP AND MUSTARD ALL OVER MY BURGER 🤦🏿♀️I proceeded to get out the car and go inside. To where I see nothing but ppl standing around complaining and looking lost. 4 runners for 1 drive thru and really no one Manning the front. There was an older young lady already standing there waiting for her food and once I got someone's attention to alert them and let them know that I received the wrong Burger they took the burger and proceeded to remake it I received the remade Burger 2 minutes later. I don't normally complain this extensive I just feel like this particular McDonald's is unsupervised and if there was a supervisor on staff they were grossly negligent on how they were managing their staff everyone was just doing whatever and not really Manning their stations or their jobs I got the remade Burger but as I looked at it I'm iffy on eating it.Not to say that they did something to it I just feel uneasy eating it after receiving it. Read moreI stopped here before work on some mornings and this morning was a disaster. I ordered the sausage, egg and cheese mcmuffin meal which comes with a hash brown and a drink. My drink was a large orange juice. I pulled up to the window to pay at 8:21am and proceed to the 2nd window to retrieve the meal. I was told to pull in the waiting spot number 1 because the orange juice was not ready. I sat there for 20 min. (NO EXAGGERATION) and watched them fulfill orders of others who were waiting. Another customer who was told to wait pulled into spot number 2 beside me to wait for their meal as well. When the McDonald employee came towards my direction I THOUGHT she was coming for me but had bags instead of a drink. She asked me what was I waiting for after handing the other vehicle their items and I said, "I've been waiting over 20 min. for a large orange juice." She said, "OK" and proceeded back into the building. She then returned with a SMALL orange juice and I informed her that it was supposed to be a LARGE orange juice. She said that they were asking to see a receipt which I felt was an insult because of the wait I had. The drink should have been given to me WITH something extra. When she turned to go back into the building to try and produce up my large I then decided to just go into the building. I waited in line and the young lady disappeared. The manager asked what I was waiting for and apparently she knew which order because she immediately told one of the employees to get me a large. I then said that it would be ok and to just give me a large Coke and she declined. If I ordered my meal with a soft drink it would've been cheaper so I don't understand why that could not have been done. Also, for the wait you'd think she'd give me both.
