I go to this McDonald's alot because the one on Evans Mill Rd always let us down leaving out food fries cold AZZ hell and staff is rude young and ghetto. So I go to Turner Field but their service is getting worse. When I went Saturday 4/5/25 the young lady was rude when I asked her to give me a few minutes she came back with an attitude and said" Is u ready to order yet. I told my daughter hell naw u heard that little girl she didn't say anything back she came back an said hello ma'am let me know when you are ready to order thanks take your time. When we get to the window the young lady was looking mad no smile an attitude. I started to get out the car an address the Manager but I was heading back to work. So today we pass all these other restaurants to come back . Only to order $20 dollars worth of food well done meaning fresh. The young lady wasn't the same one from yesterday thank God . But an extra 15 minute wait and one fry was cold an the other hot the nuggets were hard an didn't taste fresh the other food was ok. I got out in the rain went in the Manager ask me how I was doing I just frowned. When a few minutes of waiting for well done fries the young lady bagging the food takes her hand an wipe her noise like it was running. I was in shock I immediately told the manager he told her to wash her hands an her an her co workers laughed. I was so disgusted. Then after she washed her hands the Manager made the fries from a small to a large but in the process ask the same young girl to hold our bag. I told him I was disgusted at her wiping her noise like it was nothing then he had the nerve to let her hold our bag .We have patronized this location for years but this was my last time patronizing them. I've had issues with them before just like Evans Mill but McDonald's need to re- train their employes we spend so much money with McDonalds because my grandsons love McDonald's but I'm threw with McDonalds. Read moreI don't typically right reviews but today the service was horrible and a inconvenience . So when I come to this McDonalds I typically don't have a issue. But this morning I placed a mobile order and when I got there they were cutting trees by the drive thru area which was slowing down the process especially when you first enter the drive thru. But ok they're doing the cutting of the trees in the area so I go inside to pick up my order. The app was acting up so I did not have my code. So the lady at the register got a manager and I explained to her that the app was acting weird but I have the receipt in my email. I showed her the receipt and she stated it's not on my screen. When I have gone through the drive-through before, and did not have the drive-through code, they ask for your name she didn't ask for the name. She then walks away nothing was resolved. I proceeddd to wait to see if she was coming back and maybe something can be done because I have a receipt nothing. As I waited the code finally comes up and I give it to another manager I believe . He puts the code in the register and says it's not in our system are you sure it's this location. I show him the receipt in my email with this location. Still nothing was offered , the only thing said was if you don't pick up it will return back to your card. Mind you I'm already rushing and have been standing there . Read moreLucky you. In the evenings at the store closest to me, it happens probably 20-25% of the time. Mornings they rarely ever make a mistake. The parking lot is small and congested. Pulling out of drive through and then not going immediately on to the main road is virtually impossible. Pulling over on a major street to check my order is unsafe. I'd have to pull into another parking lot to do it. Then I have to go back and wait in some sort of a line, maybe not the ordering line, but if you go directly to the counter they ignore you for a few minutes. Then they will happily fix their mistake. But everything preceding that is a major inconvenience. A Big Mac/Quarter Pounder type combo is over $16. Having to go back costs me at least another 15 minutes by the time I'm made whole, and some people have places to be. I get mistakes are made, but at the prices they charge these days, they should happen far less often. We don't purposely mess up orders. Someone before or after you probably ordered a 6 piece, and in a rush or simply human error, the runner probably accidentally gave you the wrong one. You can easily remedy this by going back to the store and explain to them what happened. If you can't drive to the store right away, give them a call and they will give you your 20 piece the next time you stop by. It's...
