This was a last minute choice. Usually a very good place to satisfy your hunger at a good price, and it held to that. There were some issues, not with the food but with the service. Our wait time for almost everything was a bit longer than expected. And when we were sat down, it seems that the bartender was our server/waitress as well. She was pulling double duty it seemed. Our order was placed and as we sat, we noticed others coming in and being seated... No big deal, until the food they had ordered was being delivered far earlier than our order, which was obviously placed way earlier than the others had arrived. Our order wasn't a huge one, Soup and Salad with breadsticks entree, appetizers of spinach artichoke dip with flatbread crisps and a Shrimp Fritto Misto with breaded vegetables. Also ordered their Green Apple Sangria wine. That being said, we waited on the Sangria for some time too, and my guest suggested we should have gotten the Watermelon one, she was right. Barely a hint on the green apple... As far as the food, well as was stated earlier, all new orders from later guests were being served to them and they were far more indepth in making than you would suspect a simple salad and soup and a couple of appetizers. But here we sat as we saw more than a few meals being laid out ahead of us... My guest was getting a little heated about it... It was about 30 or so minutes in and we finally started getting our order... You could see it was an overworked and under staffed location. Now, don't get me wrong, the food was good, especially the Zuppa Toscano Soup... It was the highlight of the meal. That is one you should definitely try, as you can always order a different soup each time. The salad was also good, but it seems that they used to fill the bowl, but ours was about half or just over. The Spinach Artichoke dip was good too. It's a heavier dip, but most are with those ingredients. I liked the flatbread for dipping. The Shrimp Fritto Misto was better than expected, the shrimp was just right, and the onions and bell peppers breaded and hot, hit that note... Our server/waitress/bartender did well considering the lack of help. Overall, it was a good meal once we received it. Food service is a tough area and I can say that is one job I wouldn't want. But those who do work them, they have an especially hard time with customers and their expectations, ultimately it is on the Manager and the Owners to do better and not stress those who are holding it down. A nice well deserved tip to our multi tasked bartender was in order. We will always be customers of the Olive Garden franchise, just knowing not all are well staffed...

UPDATE #2 / DELIVERY REVIEW #2 2/24/2025 I take my previous 5-star delivery review and 3-star To-Go order review back! (scroll down for my previous reviews bc Google Reviews longer allows Updates; us reviewers have to edit our previous posts which doesn't alert businesses or previous reviewers. Go figure! OG def knows if you're a new delivery orderer... They'll make sure everything is perfect but when you order again you'll get the same nonsense 🙄 This is the 2nd time I've used OG Delivery--and I even tipped better than I did the 1st time--and my food arrived in a raggedy a** bag; my breadsticks were missing; the food was horribly packaged; and they didn't follow the special instructions like they did the first time smh. Damn. I got got lol . . . DON'T FALL FOR OLIVE GARDEN MARKETING LIKE I DID!! BTW, see my pics! Even my dog didn't want to duplicate the original "doggy approved" picture I posted last week. She knew I wasn't gonna like what was inside the bag! 😭 UPDATE DELIVERY REVIEW 2/19/2025: Last night I tried Olive Garden's delivery and I was sooo impressed! Everything was perfectly packed; all of the instructions were followed; and, most importantly, I felt like the food I received was the same quality I'd get if I dined in. (We all know restaurants tend to send subpar food if you order delivery... not Olive Garden!) The delivery fee was kind of expensive ($4.99) but it was 100% worth it based on receiving a perfect order! It also arrived quicker than expected! I live less than a mile away--yes, I know I could have picked it up lol but I was busy :) --and the site said it'd take 40-50 mins. My food was at my door in less than 30 mins. I'm not exaggerating when I say this is the best delivery I've had! Food was hot. Order was perfect. And everything was well packaged and organized! I'll definitely be using their delivery service again. ORIGINAL REVIEW TO-GO ORDER REVIEW 1/2025 3-stars My order was ready on time and the staff is very friendly! That being said, DO NOT select curbside pickup and expect them to bring you your order on time; you'll probably be waiting 15-20 mins as they only have 1 to-go person who's busy filling orders and answering the phone. Taking orders outside is last on their list. Also, the pickup link they text you doesn't even work so I decided to go inside. I got the stuffed chicken marsala and it was sooo good! They followed all of the special instructions and the food was packaged perfectly. Once they figure out their curbside issues the to-go process would definitely be 5-stars.

On Friday, Dec. 15, 2023, three friends and I had the most wonderful dining experience at Olive Garden at Turner Hill Road. We arrived at the restaurant after ending a long three-day event and were looking forward to a nice, relaxing dinner. Olive Garden did not disappoint. From the time we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by the hostess, who seated us in a booth. Our server, Omar Sharif, quickly arrived at our table, greeted us, and took our orders. He was professional, charming, humorous, and attentive. During our conversation with him, we found out he had been a server for many years--and it showed. I am a former restaurant manager and I can say Omar is the type of employee that I would want on my staff. He memorized all four of our orders in detail, even when we added extra items and one of us completely changed her order. He did not complain or get frustrated. He repeated our order to us and got it 100% right! Our food was hot, fresh, and delicious and our drinks were refilled promptly. It was the perfect dinner and a perfect wrap-up to an exhausting weekend. We were so impressed with Omar, that I asked to speak to his manager, Carlos, who came to our table right away. We shared with him what a joy Omar was, and congratulated him on running a great restaurant with well-trained staff. We had a pleasant conversation with him before finishing our evening. I live in Gwinnett County, about 50 minutes away from this Olive Garden, so most likely I will not return any time soon. However, if I do find myself on this side of town, I will most definitely return here to dine. I HIGHLY recommend this Olive Garden!

My family and I chose to dine at the Olive Garden at Lithonia-Stonecrest Mall. First, our server Dejuan was amazing; he was professional from beginning to end, he was attentive to our needs and he provided one of the best dining experiences I have had. To the matter at hand. I ordered the "Chicken Marsala" as my entrée and while eating the texture of the chicken did not seem right to me. Upon further inspection, one of the two (2) pieces of chicken was raw/uncooked throughout. I brought this to Dejuan's attention and he immediately and profusely apologized. He stated that he would make the manager (Stacy) aware of the situation. After sitting at the table while my family enjoyed the rest of their meal, I expected the manager to come and address the situation (other than removing the barely half eaten and uncooked chicken marsala from my bill). I asked Dejuan for the bill and I (reluctantly) paid for the meal. Professionally this is the worst experience I have ever had with the management of a restaurant. The fact that Stacy did not find the time to address raw food coming out of the kitchen under her watch is appalling and shows a lack of care and compassion for the experience of your guests who trust to have food prepared that has been fully cooked. The fact that I paid and Stacy's lack of concern assured that I will not be visiting this location in the near future if at all. I even emailed through the Olive Garden website requesting a call and heard from no one.

Our dining experience at Olive Garden was truly elevated by the exceptional service provided by Mya, our server. From the moment we were seated, Mya greeted us with a warm smile and a genuine enthusiasm that set the tone for the rest of our evening.Throughout the meal, Mya demonstrated impeccable attention to detail, ensuring that our orders were taken accurately and promptly. She expertly navigated the menu, providing insightful recommendations and answering any questions we had with grace and professionalism. What truly stood out about Mya was her genuine passion for hospitality. She anticipated our needs before we even realized them, refilling our drinks and checking in on us at just the right moments without ever being intrusive. Not only was Mya efficient and attentive, but she also exuded a contagious positivity that brightened our dining experience. Her friendly demeanor and engaging personality made us feel like valued guests, turning a simple meal into a memorable occasion. In short, Mya's exceptional service was the icing on the cake of our evening at Olive Garden. Her dedication to providing an outstanding dining experience left a lasting impression, and we look forward to returning to enjoy her hospitality again in the future.

My husband and I visited this establishment for Mother's Day. The waitress Trease was awesome at providing great customer service. By the time we got our meal they moved tables around to accommodate other guest. They moved a table so close to us that it was also used as a walk way for customer to get through. So while we try to enjoy the dinner people are walking pass squeezing in between our table and the other. Some people complaining that its too tight. People talking over my plate. People bumping into my plate as I eat. I spoke with manager Rico. I could explain my issue before he cut me off and said "so what u want me to do? Move you or give you a $7 discount" I was highly offended by his unprofessionalism. I understand it was busy. But I think its so rude for someone to continuously come to my table and say we are good to go. And keep asking if we need anything else after we paid for service. I felt rushed by Mr Rico. This was my first visit to Olive Garden and if this is how customers are treated I dont think I will be back. But the plus side to it all is that Trease was awesome! Keep up the good work girly.
