This company and its owners should be ashamed! I went in to get my cracked IPhone hone8 screen fixed and the man was so nice and helpful. Today when my phone went into the toilet at the doctor and cut off I knew where to take it. Unfortunately the events that’s occurred today showed me who they really are...CROOKS ! They tried to convince me I needed a battery and not just a screen. The woman tells me she needs to replace the battery. My spirit became very uneasy because I could clearly remember her telling me 80 for water damage and 15 for labor if the phone didn’t come on after they did the water damage repairs. They (man and woman) attempted to charged me 125 for all after being quoted 80 dollars for them to replace the screen they had already put on it l. After telling them I would go to T-Mobile and Apple instead they became very nervous and argumentative. I took my phone back and went downstairs to CPR and was told it was indeed the screen. My phone has yet to die so the battery isn’t the issue. The screen however isn’t the iPhone 8 screen that is supposed to be on it. I’m highly disgusted with this company and people should stride easy when it comes to third party repair places. Bad business brings bad karma. Know your rights. I took my phone to replace the screen only, (because new phones I always lose info) They informed me they could fix my screen, closing time. I had to leave it overnight they’d have it fixed first thing when they opened. (People can’t be without their phone, feeling uneasy). I got there and of course now the phone screen was wet and the power button wasn’t working, screen black when place the back on the phone. Now it has all of these problems. I informed them there was nothing wrong with my phone when I left it yesterday and now suddenly it has all of these problems. Now, I need to purchase a $325 phone the guy said, it would be unlocked if I purchase it and wouldn't have a bill. I can't be without a phone, I purchase they switched out the charger in the box, stating they replaced it with a faster charging one. I returned after work, my stuff was not transferred, phone wasn't unlocked. I informed them that it’s not charging but they replaced it with a faster charging one that was in the box, block white and cord black. They wanted me to purchase another charger for $20 when you all removed the original one from the box . The phone couldn’t have been new and it still will not hold a charge. I got phone fixed twice from here and It was big mistake !!!! I came in because of a battery issue . The same day my phone was glitching and acting weird I couldn't go back to the place because I'm in school 3 hours away. 3 weeks past I'm visiting I plan to go up the mall to see if they can fix it the glitch but my phone ends up turning black and shuts off . When I went back up there to get it fix/ complain they blamed it on the back screen being crack ( I cracked it last year) and made pay 75 dollars to fix it . Now fast forward 2 weeks later ( after I got it fixed again) it goes black again and I'm being told that I need to buy a new phone that's about 500 dollars wasted . I plan to go to civil court knowing I'm not the only one that deal with these problems and they need to stop!!
