Do not spend money at this store!! If I had read the previous reviews I would not have. This store is shady and they lie to you about purchases. My husband and I spent over 3,000.00 dollars on rings. He wanted to return his ring and purchase something different (and most likely at a higher price). We went back the next day (not even 24 hours later) to exchange it, after reviewing the photo copy and email of our receipt. Which also was strange because they don't give you a receipt you have to use your phone and make a photo of their receipt per their policy. This should have been a red flag for us, it was time to run then but we didn't (big mistake). When we return just to exchange the ring for a higher price ring we were told that the ring we purchased was going to be reduced by 100.00 because it was removed from the store after we purchase it. Someone please tell me how you purchase something without taking it with you! This was so crazy and such BS that we kept the ring and left. The warning signs: No receipt, no customers but us in the store both days, the ticket prices are so marked up it was unbelievable, they always had to give you a different price than what's on the tag on the ring, they are rude and very deceiving, they have to call someone else for advise on the phone, no manager in the store for assistance to even speak with. They were insulted that we wanted the diamonds tested before purchased. Also check to see if there are any missing stones, my husband tried on a ring that had a missing diamond, but was for sell. I just happen to see it was missing. It looked like they expected us to miss that. If you still choose to shop at this store be aware that you will be deceived and ask about policies before you purchase anything from them. My husband and I went to Luxe Jewlers at The Mall of Stonecrest to fix a watch. We walked in immediately we were acknowledged with a smile from Nola and G. Little did I know that my husband wanted to upgrade my ring. The whole team played a major part in getting me the perfect ring. Omg Nola,G and Ali worked out a great deal with my husband. The ring needed to be sized and we received calls for updates. I received my ring recently and fell in love with it all over again. Zak and Sal made sure that I received all the information needed about my ring and warranty. I really appreciated the personal touch. I explained to Sal that I just recently lost my father and he cleaned the ring that was given to me after losing my dad. Zak gave me a box that has a light inside which shines on my ring when opening the box. Please visit Luxe Jewlers the staff is very friendly, professional, efficient and caring.
