I arrived at the restuarant about 5 minutes before 11 pm. Of course the drive thru was slow, that was expected. Once I placed my order and drove up to the window to pay, the cashier, Natasha, was no longer at the window. So I began a timer on my phone to see how long it would be before she returned. It took 4 minutes and 18 seconds for her to return to take my payment.
When she returned, you would think she would apologize to the customer for having them wait, but, this is the location on Panola Road, Lithonia, GA. She continued as if nothing ever happened. I asked to speak to the manager. He came,to the window, laughing and ask what was the problem and I explained to him the time that I waited before the cashier returned to take my payment and was there a reason for that. At this time, he laughed some more and told Natasha what my complaint was and they both laughed and he began to walk away. You will notice, that he DID NOT APOLOGIZE nor answer my question or try to explain. So I asked her to tell him to come back. He did, and was look as if to say, now what? I told him that he never answered my question nor explain why there was a very long wait time. He laughed some more and said that she was probably in the back washing dishes; with no empathy, says, I apologize, trying to hold back a laugh.
The customer service at this location and the employees are the worst!!!! It's sad to say but if I was in a different location, this probably wouldn't have happened, if so, I think management would have been more sympathetic and would have done his job.
Best believe, I will not patron the Wendy's on Panola Rd near the Publix Market. If I should patron a Wendy's, I'll try my luck at the Wendy's located at Panola Rd & Covington Hwy.

Read moreWhenever I go to this Wendy's there is a significant delay in service, to the point of leaving with my food! I ordered a chili with pub fries and a frosty. The delay from the drive-thru to the pick-up window was 25 minutes, when I was first handed my food. The paper bag was wet and dripping hot chili which burned my leg. I blew my horn as they had closed the window. When the window server came to the window, she had an attitude. I told her that the bag is broken and that the chili burned my leg. She did not apologize or anything!! I also told her that I did not get the frosty. She gave me the frost and put the broken dripping bag in a plastic bag. When I received that from her, the bag with the chili was turned sideways and was spilling inside the same bag. She again closed the window. I blew my horn again for tgem to take the food back. A man came to the window, and I told him that the chili was turned sideways and making a mess in the bag. I also asked for my receipt which I was not given. Still no apology for the sloppy mess and bad service that I was given. Needless to say, my car has a cream fabric interior, and I did not want the chili to drip and stain my car seat. I was finally given my food in a dry bag and the chili securely covered, by the man who apparently took care of the problem. He also found my receipt and handed it to me. I like to have a receipt especially when I pay with my bank/credit cards, so I can see how much I was charged. This Wendy's has a couple people working there who are very lacking in respect and good customer service, who...
Read moreI have shared before about this Wendy's on Panola rd in Lithonia Ga. My family and I go inside to order. As we noticed there was a male at the counter and a female working the window. They began to argue over who will be banging and pushing food out. Now the store has about ten customers inside. The young lady (braids down to her but. With no hair net on) going into people food. (The line is wrapped around the building. The manager is trying to finish orders properly and on time. But her young team is A MESS. The young lady with the long braids squat down behind the front counter and began to digg in her pants. (SORRY BUT I FLIPPED OUT) I was upset and shocked the fact she did this. Yes I did speak up about cross contamination. WENDY'S NEED TO GET THAT DINNER MANAGER SOME HELP SHE DESERVE. I am surprised the young lady has not quit. This is my second time going in there and the manager (TIAYONA) I believe is her name. She needs to be in a work environment that has her back like she was theirs. She also needs a promotion and a raise. Wendy's also need to have a corporal to visit each and every store and make sure that their employees know the CROSS CONTAMINATION IS REAL. I WILL CONTINUE TO LET ANY EMPLOYEE THAT IS FIXING FOOD THE IMPROPER WAY KNOW THAT IT IS HURTING...
