This is an excellent neighborhood restaurant with reasonable prices! I came for lunch with a couple of friends and we were surprised by how good the food is. First of all, the free garlic bread is worth the trip! Hot, delicious garlic bread smothered in butter and parmesan cheese. They even gave us seconds. Secondly, my meal was delicious and plentiful. I ordered the chicken parmigiana with penne pasta, one of my friends had the veal parmigiana and the other friend had the shrimp scampi with penne. Finally, all the portions were very large and we all agreed it was delicious! We all enjoyed our meal and the food was so much we had leftover for two days! We each had a glass of wine, and the meal was very affordable. The price was $14 for each of our meals, and the wine was $9. I checked out the sandwiches, which were $8 - $11, and the portions are large. You will not leave hungry! They have free parking out back, and it's right on Main Street in Stoneham, with plenty of free on street parking. They do take out but they do not deliver. We are definitely...
Read moreTonight was our first time at Bacci’s and it was exactly what we were looking for. Typically the two of us will rack up an $130 check easily and will sometimes find ourselves disappointed. Tonight we racked up a $75 tab, had multiple generously poured drinks, a savory and robustly portioned appetizer and two gigantic and flavorful entrees. The mother/daughter bar tenders were not your typical fake friendly measured pourers. They were efficient, real people who treated you like a friend or a family member, smiled, laughed with you and made sure you were well taken care of and enjoying youself. The owner enjoyed a glass of wine while buying the regulars a cocktail and greeting/thanking diners on the way in/out. They offer a $22 twin lobster special and an $18 fat slice of prime rib special— which both look scrumptious. If you don’t give this place a shot, then you’re cheating your pallet and your wallet. We will...
Read moreWas recommended this restaurant but was denied service as a brown looking man. While waiting for my pizza, unfortunately i was denied service because my license is out of state. Despite providing three forms of ID the bartender did not believe that I was of age (despite each article demonstrating my age is 25) but quite frankly I believe that they did not want to serve me due to the color of my skin. I was deeply insulted by this and will likely tell everyone in my immediate connections to never give business to this restaurant. I cannot say for sure my skin color was a factor but I witnessed the server having no issue serving patrons of lighter tone as I left the premises. Not only is this a bad look for this town but its borderline discrimination. I enjoyed the food served here however disliked...
