Dunkin' — Restaurant in Stoneham

Used the DD app to order. Asked for extra cream and looks likes I got less than a large uses...iced cappuccino was made into blended coffee then made a second time with wrong flavor, then you argue about not getting it wrong!...frozen coffee not made with correct shots of flavor then remade with less cream...

Could here employee state that having to redo the coffees stressed her out...if you work in the service industry and getting orders correct stress you out...clearly you need a new profession!

I wasn't going to complain but once we over heard the young lady discussing her stress level I decided it had to be said. We weren't rude and we waited until she came back to us vs calling her back so she wasn't being rushed back to us so there was no need to be stressed as it wasn't...

This location has a despicable employee. I was waiting in line for my coffee when I young woman was coming in for her interview and asked the older woman with long gray hair at the counter where to go/what to do. That employee was condescending, disrespectful, and instead of helping or getting a manger, she decided to yell at this poor girl (who was incredibly respectful this entire time). Even another employee audibly said "damn, lighten up she's just a kid". That's not how you treat another human being. Plus they got my coffee wrong at the end of all this but the hash browns were amazing. Never going to this Dunks again. I hope that older woman with the long gray...

Every Time I order food, I ordered earlier and earlier each time because the woman doing food in the morning is so slow. When I say slow, I mean, I ordered over 10 minutes in advance, I get there and there are no customers, no other food mobile orders and she was just starting mine so I still had to wait.
