English is definitely not the first language of any of the employees that I’ve encountered here. 👎🏼 Reading other reviews only confirms this as they too often get the order wrong. 👎🏼 it is an uncomfortable experience ordering here because they don’t understand you. 👎🏼 Also the language barrier impacts the speed in which your order is taken and fulfilled. 👎🏼 So don’t think you will be in and out!

Why does Dunkin insist on putting 2 tea bags in a large hot tea? I didn’t ask for two. I wasn’t offered a choice. 👎🏼 Would it be cheaper with only one tea bag I wonder? $3.50 for a TEA.

Newly renovated, clean & good sized seating area (seats 20: 2 tables of 4, one high table of 6, three tables of 2) 👍🏼 They could definitely fit more tables but at least you’re not on top of each other.

Music 👎🏼 (One Direction, One Republic, Outasight and the like…odd choice since 100% of the customers ‘eating in’ are older 🤷🏼‍♀️)

I have been going to this Dunkin Donuts for the last three months consecutively before work in the morning. So on average 5 days a week. The past week (12/9-12/13) there was no peppermint mocha flavoring in the store. I was fine with this and the woman helping me suggested mint chip instead. I had no problem with this. However, every time I went in there after, I asked if the peppermint mocha was available - I was told no only once of the four other days - I was able to choose the flavoring I wanted on that day. The other four days, I was given mint chip and not realizing it wasn't peppermint mocha until I had left the location. Today (12/16) I went in again and was told that they did actually have peppermint mocha, however, it appeared that they couldn't find it or had since ran out over the weekend and I left with mint chip again. I would advise your employees to make sure they are giving customers the choices that they want - instead of just something they said they would...

I live about 2 minutes from this Dunkins and have been there a countless number of times, mainly for breakfast. The staff is always friendly and if there’s a line it clears quickly. Went there today and had the best service I’ve ever had at this or any Dunks. I couldn’t read the employee’s name but I believe it started with a K. Either way, she made the best frozen chocolate I’ve ever had and I’m upset that I can’t give her a proper shoutout....
