This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences i’ve ever had, I wouldn’t even give it one star. I placed my order ahead of time on the app and arrived 5 minutes after it said my food would be ready. My food was not ready when I walked in the store which would have been fine except none of the workers greeted me or asked what i was waiting on. After 5 minutes I sat down and waited another 20 minutes for my food. I was finally greeted by a worker when my food was ready although all that was said was “hi” and my food was handed to me. No apologies for my food taking 45 minutes to be made. I understand they could have been backed up on orders, but to not be greeted or told that my order is running behind was below the bare minimum of customer service. The last time I went to this location I had a very similar experience. Not coming...

There's something unpleasant about this jersey Mike's, I do support the advancement of youth and the implication in our community, but " if you leave a toddler unsupervised, there will be chaos", there's a group of teenagers that are the night shift who show no communication amongst each other, the one slicing the ham and cheese have a terrible attitude, there's one at the cashier who showed no sanitation awareness, after touching money with his gloves, without changing it, he than went of the grill to cook steak, once this guy took my order for a giant size and try to give me a regular size with such urgency nevertheless jersey Mike's recipes will be untouched,...

Got a coupon from a Valu-Pak in the snailmail. Buy one get one free. Never tried JM before so I tried to order online for pick-up.

Go thru the sign-up process,start to place my order...get to checkout and got an error "coupon only good thru phone app"...so I install phone app and try again. This time no chance to enter coupon...it charged me full price. Try to call store...phone rings to voicemail 3 times before someone finally picks up. Final solution cancel whole online order and goto store and reenter the order there. Then wife said steak on a steak and cheese was like eating shoeleather. I asked for the bread to be toasted...it wasn't. Will not...
