Winfrey's Fudge and Chocolates — Restaurant in Stoneham

Been a customer of the store for many many years have spent quite a bit of money here as well, today I stood out in the cold waited for my turn to enter the store once I got in the store and I chose the things that I wanted I asked if I could please have them in a box for Valentine’s Day as they were put in a bag and the chocolates have fallen out of their wrappers and looked Thrown in the bag. The ‘I’m sorry you cannot have a box you did not buy enough’ is completely unacceptable !!the girl then went and asked the manager and the manager also said no I could not have a box for the chocolates I was about to purchase. I would have even paid for the box but that option was not even given to me so I left the things I was going to buy and I am now off to Godiva chocolates where I won’t have any problems.having them wrapped properly. This is not how you treat your customers! they just lost a steady customer that’s been going for over 15 years over a gift box. Poor management....

I love Winfrey’s. Literally the best fudge and chocolate I have ever had. My favorite is the salted caramel penuche - it is to die for. Dangerous to have around the house as I have eaten a pound box before in one day. 😂 They have the nicest arrangements and boxes for each holiday and season, and they always offer to gift wrap boxes of fudge and chocolates too. Winfrey's is our favorite chocolatier. They have all sorts of chocolate, nuts, turtle, creams, fudge, and chocolate covered pretzels to name a few. The chocolate is fantastic. The prices are reasonable compared to other candy shops. Today (just a few days before Christmas) they were still fully stocked with 10+ flavors of fudge. The staff are kind and efficient. The shop was very busy, as expected close to the holidays, but there were plenty of staff members waiting on customers so the wait time...
