Eddy's Deli & Restaurant — Restaurant in Stow

Stopped to eat here while getting my phone repaired up the street, was my first time as I don't live in the area. The place was packed when I showed up with only 1 server for about 12+ tables. Her name was Rainna and I must say she is an absolute rock star!! She was bussing her own tables, running all the food and cashing out all of the guests of the entire restaurant all by herself and yet no one was left waiting or feeling abandoned! She has incredible floor awareness despite having so many simultaneous responsibilities to the point where I simply looked over my shoulder once for her to ask for some more brown sugar and she spotted it from across the restaurant and promptly made her way over to me to see if I needed something without me needing to even make eye contact or flag her down! I genuinely hope her managers and owners truly value her and pay her, her worth as she is an amazing server! Her time management and floor awareness was on a level I quite honestly have never seen before at any business I've ever patroned! Beyond the surprisingly impeccable service, the food was more than reasonably priced for the portions. I ordered the breakfast bagel with bacon and grits. The bagel had quite a lot more bacon than I had expected as it was almost more along the lines of an omelet packed with bacon in every bite than what I had thought it would just be a typical bagel with an egg or two and a piece of bacon or two on top but it was not at all basic. The only "complaint" I would say about it was it had a bit more cheese on it than I would have preferred but it was easy to just scrap a little off so no biggie at all! All in all if I were ever in the area again I would definitely be up to eat here again and would recommend...

I'm only rating this establishment a 2 star not for their food but rather for the condition of this place. It is in desperate need of a good thorough cleaning and maybe a makeover. Everything was old and dingy the restroom could definitely use a powerful steam cleaning and the parking lot is deplorable. The booths are uncomfortable and they lack not having enough tables and chairs. Older folks need more chairs than booths. It's just easier to navigate and more comfortable. The parking 🅿️ lot is in deplorable condition. Lots of holes and uneven pavement. Not very user friendly for an elderly, or handicapped person. If you can put up with all of that, and look the other way, all is not lost. This place has the potential to be a diamond in the rough. The food was excellent, hot, and fresh, and the wait staff and Employees were very pleasant and courteous. For that I give them 5 stars. Went today 6/2/24 with family for breakfast. Advised to sit at a table then ignored so the person possibly the owner, not sure, went to the table next to us and spoke extremely loudly about a new home purchase complete with pictures and cuss words. Still ignored until she advised another waitress our table was hers at which point we had great service. Food looked amazing but no taste due to lack of seasoning.

This other server possible owner, not sure was extremely loud with what turned out to be family there, telling her life story for the restaurant to hear and continuing to cuss. Zero lack of customer service ethics at all.

Restaurant is dingy and old. Driveway is completely dangerous due to pot holes. I don’t live here, I am from Vegas but I won’t come back with my family next trip where we normally...
