If I could give less than 1 star I most certainly would. This is the absolute most terrible food joint I've ever eaten at. Coming from someone who worked at subway for a year... there are health violations on health violations, ON HEALTH VIOLATIONS!!!!! I walked in and the girl was prepping food with no gloves then when I go to order rather than washing her hands LIKE YOUR SUPPOSE TO, she put gloves right on and began making my food... once I actually looked at their selection of vegetables I realized there were BUGS on EVERYTHING. SOOOO MANY BUGS PEOPLE. I'M NOT TALKING ONE, TWO, OR THREE. I MEAN THEY ARE INFESTED WITH GNATS EVERYWHERE. I honestly DO NOT want to see what the back kitchen area looks like... So I'm basically saying unless you enjoy a little extra protein (bugs) in your lunch, GO ELSEWHERE or stop at your local grocery mart on your way home.

No cheese, I bought extra. Also not chopped. I call them and go back they âfixâ my order. Quickly redo it. Leave out the Guac I paid for. Leave out the double cheese I paid for. They did heat up the meat this time because I specifically said to, how else can you eat it. They still donât chop the salad but at this point I need to go back to work. Iâve had three separate experiences with this store, and not once did I receive my food. Twice, I drove to the store (from Kent), only to find it closed, even though it showed as open in the app and on Google Maps. The third time, I placed a mobile order. The app said my food was ready, but when I got there, the store was shut down again. The worst part? Iâve been trying to get a refund for over a month. Subwayâs customer support is completely unhelpful just repeated âweâve escalated the issue to the storeâ with no follow-up, no resolution, and no refund. Totally disappointed.
