This location is usually bad. Always out of items, sometime out of money to provide proper change, but today was the worst it’s been since I started going. My family and I eat there 2-3 times a week because it’s close to my house and a better option than McDonalds.
I ordered 2 bowls and asked for Gauc on a chicken bowl, paying $3.00 per bowl. I ordered through the pickup window so I don’t see how bad the bowls were until I got home. Upon opening I can see what looks to be less than a teaspoon of Gauc in each bowl. So I went back to the store and requested a manager and this is where my extreme dissatisfaction occurs.
I start to explain why I’m upset, showing her how bad the bowls were, and she proceeds to tell me she doesn’t like my “Tone”. I was not yelling. I was not swearing. My tone was indicative of someone who is frustrated, disappointed, and dissatisfied. So yes, my “tone” was not one of happiness. You are a “manager” ( if she really was which I’m not convinced based on her response ), not my parent to tell me you don’t like my tone. How about empathy, and solutions?? And then on top of it, says it like we are on the street corner selling rocks. Extremely unprofessional, especially if she was an actual manager.
After telling her that my tone was in line with how I was feeling but I wasn’t being rude or aggressive, she finally tells me that she can’t remake the bowls with Gauc because they don’t have anymore. So this is the real problem. Rather than mark Gauc in your online system as “Not available”, you’re allowing people to order, pay extra, put little to none in the bowl, and hope no one says anything. And when they do, YOU get nasty and say you don’t like their tone. She should not have a job working at Chipotle cleaning the bathroom, never mind interacting with customers at a manager capacity.
I will not be going back there if I decide to go to chipotle at all ever again. There are better...
Read moreBad experience on Saturday March 30th 7:15 p.m.. First of all, behind the counter is unkempt with empty containers all over the place nevertheless, I wait for the Chicken al Pastor which was nearly empty. The gentleman was grilling some fresh chicken so I was happy to wait an additional 20 minutes for fresh food. I finally stepped to the line to complete my order and realized they have no grilled vegetables to compliment the meal that I waited over 20 minutes for in addition to adding steak to the meal. That's the only hot condiment in addition to the black beans that I would have wanted. I get to the register to use my gift card the gentleman doesn't know how to use a gift card so I spent another 4 to5 minutes trying to get my gift card to go through only to realize they're out of receipt paper so I didn't even get a receipt. You called the store to try to get some resolve it goes to AI then rings for 3 minutes and then asks for a code. I took a business with the name Jonaesha Bostic listed as the General Mananger...
Read moreGot a veggie bowl here a few months ago and it was really, really disappointing... just put together very skimpily with a barely minimal amount of food for the price. Honestly could have made a better bowl myself at home that time. Thought not to come back again but decided to give it another try and I'm really glad I did. Not sure what happened but the food has been excellent every time we've returned. That's the Chipotle I remember... much better. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because although the rest of the food was great, the queso is just NOT. Almost tastes like it's made from a dry, reconstituted mix. Has a good thickness to it but not creamy or good at all, and it's been this way through multiple visits over the past few weeks. I think Moe's definitely has me spoiled with that because their queso is AMAZING. Will probably just get salsa with the chips next time and skip the...
