Ordering at this Dunkin' is usually a good experience. I order on the app a lot, because I can't stand waiting in line. Most times, when I get there, my order is ready to roll, but some other times, only half the order is ready. Usually, when that happens, the food is sitting there without the coffee, and I have to remind someone to make the coffee. Thankfully, this only happens occasionally.
My biggest gripe with this location is... well, the location. The parking lot is tiny, and often has trash everywhere. (I realize that's not really Dunkin's fault; American society needs to evolve to a point where, like in Japan, throwing trash on the ground is unthinkable, but that's another topic...)
The exit behind the store also really needs to be re-paved. It's a little bumpy going out the exit, which is probably half the reason why a lot of people ignore the one-way sign and illegally exit out the entrance. I wish they would buy the property next to the railroad tracks and make the current exit into a combined entrance and exit, and get rid of the current entrance. The way it's set up right now is pretty dangerous during the busy morning rush. The entrance is way too close to the intersection. A lot of people just speed out of that side street, ignoring the red light, and get on the highway going south. Someone's going to die here at some point unless they move the driveway down the side street so it's behind the store. It can't stay near the corner the way it is now.
All in all, though, this is a decent Dunkin'. I don't have any complaints about the workers, other than that I wish they'd put my entire order in the pickup area when it's ready, and not just part of the order. I also wish the manager would move the drink cooler so that I don't have to squeeze by other people to pick up my order. It's in an awkward location. I do have to give the manager props for bringing back stevia sweetener, though. I won't go to Dunkin' locations that get rid of stevia. It's the only plant-based, healthy sweetener option on offer. I don't like to use chemical sweeteners like Splenda, Equal, or Sweet 'n' Low.
One more thing: Don't ever add a drive-through window. Every Dunkin' with a drive-through becomes a giant sh**show in the morning and on weekends, and that's something we don't need more of, especially right near that big...

They still got it wrong! While I was paying she musta saw opportunity to throw what she thought I wanted in bag and sent me omw. I even left a tip as I always do anywhere and boom...get home donuts aren't right. My god! Pay attention or have someone who knows their job working. Never again will I...
