The 2 stars is only for the girl that took my order on the phone and the one that cashed me out at the register. I haven't gone here in years due to a really bad experience with a delivery driver and the manager who did not handle the situation. I tried to find an email address on your website powered by slice. There is none. It would have avoided this negative review depending on how you handle it. I always got the same thing from here. BBQ chicken pizza and a Hawaiian. For $35 for these 2 pizzas that are pretty much equivalent to Little Ceasars, it is pricing yourself out of the market. They are completely undercooked, and there is absolutely no flavor to the BBQ chicken pizza. The Hawaiian barely has any ham. The only reason I am not getting in the car and returning is because it is date night with just the wife, and we already had a glass of wine. This pizza is really disgusting. I can't believe how it went this far down. It was great when the father and son were the cooks there. My daughter even worked here 8 years...

i order here a lot at least once a week, and everyone is very kind and the food is always good (i love the chicken soup when i’m sick) but today the delivery guy was not very nice, he said he called but i checked my phone and i didn’t get a call, he sat out front honking, my neighbor called me to tell me he was out there so i went down and he said a few things that were rude… i understand he has a knee problem so maybe that’s why he was in a bad mood, i didn’t know he was there… i was polite and told him that i had my phone and didn’t get a call and that i was “sorry for the misunderstanding” i still tipped well cause i want good karma, but that guy is rude. everyone else is always professional and polite to me so i don’t know where he gets off embarrassing me like that in front of my neighbors and speaking to me that way, especially being one of their most loyal customers and always tipping well, hope he gets a new...

I find the quality of the food is okay and consistent. But I wanna pull my hair out because atleast 50 percent of the time they forget part of the order. I have been ordering the same thing for EVER atleast twice a week and I always ask for it to be lightly cooked because I broke my jaw a while back and have a hard time chewing. They know how I get it, I make a point to tell them every time it has to be underdone a little and it comes overdone half the time. I spend a lot of money here and I feel like crying cause I just don’t have the energy to bring this back there after it was delivered and wait for them to make a new pie and everything so I just won’t eat it. I am so frustrated right now. After all I put up with and having stayed loyal anyway I feel like the least they could do is give me a new pie...
