Myself & 2 other coworkers went to Arby’s for lunch. Sandy, the woman working the register, was very rude! She act like she did not want to take our order. One of my co workers is a black man & im a black woman & the other coworker is white. While he was placing his order. She rolled her eyes every time he said anything regarding his order. When he asked her what the total was before inserting his card, she rudely stated the total & rolled her eyes again. When it came time to place my order, I asked her if she was having a bad day. Not once did she change her tone, facial expressions or attitude. She would cut me off as I was ordering. Mind you, we had multiple, separate orders. After each order, she laid my receipt on the counter, not in my hand. While we were waiting on the rest of our order, she rudely said what are you waiting on? My coworker answered for me because she knew I had it at this point. I asked for a bag with handles, she just handed it to me not open nor offered to put the bags in the plastic bag with handles. Read moreI love Arby's and had never had a problem with this location until now. My boyfriend and i doordashed a combo each and a side of mac and cheese and when we received it they had forgotten our mac, i called up there right away and explained we had gotten the fork but no mac and the man was very apologetic and told me to get a refund through doordash and come back through sometime and they would replace it. I go up there today, order my combo and tell them i was told i could receive my mac and cheese after explaining it to them. Another lady came on the speaker and asked when i called if the person said their name or asked for mine and i said no, realizing this was probably suspicious to them but i was very truthful. They gave me an attitude telling me they weren't supposed to do that because they weren't affiliated with doordash which i understand but Arby's forgot the mac and cheese not doordash and so after the attitude they finally agree to fulfill their promise. Read moreWhen I went to this Arby's I was very excited. I used to work at the original on that was tore done and gone. I know how to make the sandwiches and what it means to be neat. When i ordered my food there was 2 cqrs in front of me. I ordered the 2 for 7 beef and cheddars. and another 2 for 7 with a beef and cheddar, and a 6 piece mozzarella stick. I know timing and timing should have been well planed for. By the time I was to approach the window my food should have been ready. Though I waited 8 minutes for the entire drive thru process to be done. No one said anything about a wait. When I received my food one of my beef and cheddars was on its side like it was just thrown in the bag! I should have complained when I was there but I had other things going on.
