Horrible food, management, and customer service! Picked up a couple pizzas and when we got home, they weren't completely done. Cheese wasn't even fully melted! Driving back wasn't an option due to time and distance from the store so we put in our oven to finish cooking while trying to reach the store. Called repeatedly for over a half hour before someone finally answered and was told that the only way our money would be refunded (or partially refunded which was all I was asking for), would be if the pizzas were brought back up. Again, at this point, we'd already finished baking them at home. Asked for corporate number and was told there was none, but was given a number to an owner... Christian? He didn't answer either and so far hasn't called back. I did find my own number for corporate though and will be calling. Paid way too much for all this hassle! Save yourself and buy some frozen pizzas from the store. You'll have to cook both, but atleast the frozen store pizzas will be cheaper and...
Read moreIm usually pretty happy with little caesars and i visit this location quite often but today the food quality was very sub-par. First they had very little hot n ready of anything! I ended up with two regular pepperonis and two crazy bread. The pizza was good however sliced incorrectly i got six slices because whoever cut the pizza didnt cut it right! So I ate a piece of my crazy bread and it was beyond dry and stale with no flavor! So i tried my other pizza and it was sliced correctly however again the crazy bread was dry and stale with no flavor!! I called the store and told them about my food all they offered was for it to be replaced! Ive already told them that im at work and yet they want me to come back and get my order replaced so I calmly hung up the phone! This particular little caesars is a definite no go for me poor service and hit and miss food never know if youll get good...
Read moreWhen logging on here to leave a review, I found I'd previously left a five-star review because my experience here had been great for several years. The pizza used to always have plenty of sauce and cheese poured almost to the edge of the pizza. There was rarely ever more than a half inch of crust, definitely no more than an inch of uncovered bread along the edge. But the last four pizzas (I returned even though I was disappointed thinking that it was just a fluke and the next ones would be better) had at least 2+ inches of dry bread crust and were missing sauce completely in areas of the center part that had cheese. The pizza was so dry that I didn't even feel like eating all of it, which is pretty unusual for me. So, unfortunately, after more than 10 years of good pizza, it's bad enough now that I have no desire to spend any more...
