Took a chance ]on Five Guys today, it was a rather disappointing experience! The young man behind the counter taking orders was very polite and did a good job. The rest of the employees were making a lot of noise , so much that people couldn't hear the order numbers being called out. The speed at which they completed cooking the orders was really quick , too quick I'd say. When we got home and went to eat our meals the burgers were undercooked and none of our burgers had all the toppings ordered. Oh yeah the fries were also half the size and overcooked. We tried to call to complain but all three times nobody answered! So I would say it's a gamble to go there. There are plenty of other burger...

I've only had Five Guys once several years ago and wasn't impressed, but I needed dinner and figured it would be better than one of the other places. Ordered a bacon burger and a bacon dog. Somehow they managed to forget the bacon on both. I liked the way they did the dog overall and the fries were great, but I found the burger to have no redeeming qualities at all and once the price is factored in, definitely not some place I'll visit again regardless of the extra fries...
Read moreIt must have been the first time this employee came into work high or something. Couldnt understand me while i was ordering. Kept asking me to repeat myself. But then i ended up repeating myself when he mixed up the whole. Order then i got my food where i needed to go and figured out he mixed up the toppings on the two burgers and forgot the onion rings. If i wanted my order all mixed up and wrong i woulda went to mcdonalds down the street and saved 18 bucks on two burgers and two drinks. 15 bucks an hour....
