Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Strongsville

Worst experience ever, I can’t believe how horrible this Dominos is. My friend and I received a coupon code for a free pizza so we ordered. The order was placed at 534PM. The order wasn’t even processed for 45 minutes and then they kept pushing the delivery time. Declan and Jeff were working tonight and it took Declan forever to put the pizza in the oven, AND then Jeff didn’t deliver until close to 7. We almost canceled the order but when we went to cancel and order from a competitor THEN the app said it was out for delivery. Our house we were at is 2 minutes from the pizza shop, yet it took more than 20 minutes to get out pizza after it went out for delivery. There were no large events or anything happening in town that would have delayed deliveries, this was just poor management and poor work ethic. Absolutely unacceptable. If you’re going to give your customers free pizza, be aware that customer service is still important. If we didn’t have to tip in advance as part of contactless delivery we would have tipped nothing, because that is how poor this experience was. I’ve always had a good experience with Dominos until now. I’ll continue ordering in general but never ever again in Strongsville. What a waste of time we will...

I was staying at the holiday inn in Strongsville Ohio and I called the Dominos because they were my last hope for food. I’m here in Ohio from Syracuse NY. I was here for vacation with my girlfriend to show her Cleveland my city of dreams where I was born. While here my grandma got sick and is currently on life support. Iv been going through a lot of stress lately being an essential worker working at least 60 hours a week (hard labor) and thought this would be a stress free vacation, boy was I wrong... I waited in the Rally’s and checkers drive through for nearly an hour and when we got to their window they said there System is down. I went to several other places for food that were closed then I tried to call pizza place locally and they didn’t do deliveries. At 11:42 PM I called Domino’s and somehow by a miracle of God they said I would be the last delivery for the night. Very disappointed with the employees and service.... I called for delivery was told they dont deliver to my address when I tried to tell them they have multiple times they refused anyway, I asked to speak to a manager and the manager himself lied and said he stepped out and gave me a false name of Angus so I said ok and hung up....... I called back under my roommate's number because that's the one we normally use and they easily knew and agreed to deliver to us. I asked to speak to a manager and the employee called out for Danny who was the kid I talked to in the first place when I talked to him he continued to lie and treat me with absolute disrespect..... I'm sorry but absolutely do not give this dominos shop any of your business.... unless you want to be treated like an absolute idiot from a kid...
