I called to place an order for a large 2 topping pizza with the weekly flyer coupon which was a large 2 topping pizza for 20 dollars and the young girl who claimed to be the manager wouldn't honor it because she said she didn't have it in the system and she could give me 2 dollars off for the online ordering and wanted me to pay 28 dollars for the pizza.. she just argued the coupon I had was no good and wouldn't relent so I said Nevermind and ordered from Papa John's.. just horrible the way they treat their regular customers.. but now not a customer anymore.and notice the owner will respond to positive feedback but won't address negative comments.upper management reached out to me and informed me that the manager had been fired due to multiple complaints this very weekend.. they gave me a service credit for my next order and a bunch of pizza points to use for free pizzas.. they went above and beyond to make things right.. so I'm changing my rating to...
Read moreI have ordered pizza from this location more times than I’d like to admit. I have celiac disease and have tried both of the gluten free pizza crusts. I am so thankful for their awareness of celiac disease and the delicious deep dish they offer. I have never once had any symptoms after consuming their pizza. We moved to the area in 2022 and I’ve been ordering from them ever since. It’s really difficult to find a good gluten free pizza in this area and they’ve nailed it with the deep dish!

It’s not often anymore that people put the extra effort in and he...
Read moreJoe recommended that I get the Pepperoni Passion and it did not disappoint. Finally the pizza is topped with parmesan cheese and parsley which emphasizes the flavor of the entire meal. The pizza was well balanced between dough, sauce, cheese and toppings so that you could taste all components without one taking over. Well done, gentlemen, and a shot out to Joe in Strongsville for making an...
