I have ordered online from the Strongsville location a handful of times, and something is always wrong with the order. Last night April 6th 21 was the LAST time I will do so. I arrived got my order, went to the car and realized they forgot to put my large queso in the order. No big deal. Went back in got my queso handed to me in a bent up cup with scotch tape all over the lid holding it down. Not wanting to stand there any longer I took it and left. Get ALL the home and bowl #1 was swimming in Sauces that were supposed to be on the side. There was so much sauce the container was started to become saturated through and you definitely couldn't tell what was underneath the slop. Bowl #2 they forgot the lettuce and the double chicken. Called up to explain the situation and the young lady said there was no manager on duty so she couldn't issue a refund but if I came back there for the 3rd time, they would remake them. Go back up to the store for the 3rd time, and two of the girls stood behind the counter arguing back and forth about who was going to handle the situation. Both obviously knew they messed up the order for me to be back. When I explained to the girl a second time what was wrong, she tried telling me she couldn't make the order again without a receipt which I gave her. I then ask how a manager was not at least available to contact and she got rude telling me that it wasn't her fault they didn't have a manager available. She then started making the bowl, slamming utensils and throwing food in the bowl. Apparently I'm getting attitude because her and her coworkers can't make an order right the first time. The second girl comes up and finishes making the bowl apologizes and I tell her it's very frustrating that I had to come in her 2 more times to get my order right. It would have been 1 thing if this hadn't happened before, but no lie, EVERYTIME I order online, the order is messed up. I went through 3 trips and 30 bucks to have poor service and mediocre food. My suggestion is if you want the right order you should definitely go in and watch them make it and the food is better during the day. Read moreBAD SERVICE AND RUDENESS!!! My wife, kids and I went this strongsville location today. I told her how great Hot Heads was when I tried it in Columbus. We went in and my wife told the older, gray-haired gentleman that makes burritos how this was her first time here. She moved down to look at the freshness and quality of the ingredients and ask questions about things she would want to buy and he immediately started scolding and shouting and pointing at her to move back to the menu sign area and decide what she would order first. Our son was using the restroom, when this happened so we waited for him to finish then we left. I told my son we were leaving because the older, gray-haired man was "extremely rude to Mom". We ended up going to Chipotle! Sad part is the prepared ingredients looked nothing like the Hilliard, Columbus location. And I expected that the name "Hot Heads" would be a representation of the Burritos, not how the staff would treat us. There could have been many possible undertones for this treatment by the older, gray haired gentleman, but no matter what this was UNACCEPTABLE! I will never pay for bad service, or rudeness, I can't support any business where this is condoned. Guy that was supposed to be taking our order was standing behind the corner looking miserable when I asked where to go he said “it’s like chipotle”. The proceeded to sink into the corner of counter and avoid eye contact… so I then asked who was going to be taking our order because no one was ready to serve us. Felt like I was pulling teeth just to get some service. 0 hospitality. I didn’t even order what I wanted because I just wanted to get out of there so I picked a number off the menu and we jetted.
