I recently had a very frustrating experience at Wendy’s and I feel the need to share my disappointing review.
Firstly, the customer service was absolutely atrocious. The employees seemed disinterested and unprofessional and a nasty attitude. They had no sense of urgency
I visited Wendy’s with the expectation that my order would be customized to my preferences. However, I was extremely let down when I received my food and realized that none of my requested modifications had been made.
To them this may seem like a small detail , but for someone who asked for their food to be made a certain way, it was a major disappointment. It showed a lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer preferences.
To add insult to injury, when I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, they were unapologetic and unhelpful had an attitude and walked away from the window. They simply shrugged it off and offered no solution or attempt to rectify the situation. This lack of proper customer service left a sour taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally.
Overall, my experience at Wendy’s was extremely disappointing. The failure to follow my customization requests, coupled with the unapologetic response from the staff, made it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at this location. I will not be returning to Wendy’s and I cannot recommend it to others who value attention to detail and quality...

I'm a local that has lived in Stuart almost my entire life.
This Wendy's was the best fast food restaurant and the entirety of Stuart for most of my time going there I had only had one other problem besides today.
I did not get what I had to ordered and when I had called I had asked to have something done about it The response was very dull and lackluster The only thing the person said was "come through I will help." I then proceeded to respond with "I am out of the way can I come tomorrow?" They responded with "yeah sure." I then asked "can you please write my information down so you guys don't forget?" He then responded again "yeah sure." And then he hung up the phone without even asking for any information.
I am so dumbfounded by how awful this customer service was and how disrespectful the person was to me on the phon. I really hope that person gets fired.

The staff looked like they were either stoned or didn't care and not even acknowledging the customer's waiting for them. I placed an order online for pickup so all I had to do is walk in grab it and leave, I got there about 15 minutes after I placed and after a few minutes I got someone's attention and he said they just had a big to-go order and they'd get to it shortly. Almost 10 minutes later I got someone's attention again and they looked around and finally found that my printed order had been misplaced. I asked a girl who was about to hand me my food after putting it together if she could get a sauce for my sandwich, she had me repeat myself, said ok, then closed up my bag and handed it to me without getting the sauce. No one bothered to apologize for the long delay. Could understand if it was really busy but there was only one set of customers sitting down eating and one other set waiting to order, who waited about 5 mins before asking if someone would take their order.
