Papa B's Food Truck — Restaurant in Sturgeon Bay

I’ve been going to Papa B’s since 2020 and have had (I think) everything on the menu and all is phenomenally delicious.

Long time Chorizo addict here (and Papa B’s in general) 😂, they have sriracha sauce that you can add to whichever item you’re getting, but to me, not a fan of that flavor of hot sauce. But I was told last week that Ally made some homemade hot sauce, mild and hot options which is pictured. Hot is red one and mild the other. She put some on the chorizo when making it and I kept adding more and more! lol

Ally said mild is based off jalapenos and other goodness, and the hot is based off a chili pepper slightly higher in scoville rating than a habanero along with other goodness. I have high threshold for spicy food/salsa etc.

I had Ally addsome extra reaper powder to the sauce cup (guessing it’s Carolina reaper powder). I’ll have to ask for some more reaper powder to be added next time. Both delicious and flavorful while adding heat, but not overpowering taking away from natural flavor of...

Great food truck!! The Cherry Chicken Wrap special was FIRE. I would buy a bottle of the cherry sauce. The coleslaw was also perfect. The pot roast was flavorful and paired well with the taco toppings. Chicken parm was solid. All of the items were stuffed. Overall, a great value with a lot of flavor. Staff was...
