(This was made on an alt account due to forgetting my password on my main account. Ignore the sheer stupidity of the name. It was made by a friend.) We arrived for lunch around 2:30 Pm for lunch on August 17. We had sat outside in the beginning. After waiting for 10-15 minutes (while we were some of the only people there as a family of 4,) which would be understandable if there were people there but it was practically deserted. Once our server came out, he looked so unfriendly. We were asking about drink options and he didn’t list any of them. It was too much of a hassle to explain that you have Diet Coke or Pepsi as an option? I find that absurd. We waited about 15 minutes for our drinks. Our server didn’t say much about anything at all really. Probably three words since we had arrived. And when he did speak, it was all mumbling. It started to rain so everyone went inside. Our server came back after 15 minutes still looking miserable. I had asked for a bundle of napkins and the youngest of the group requested crayons for her menu. The guy never returned with our napkins or crayons. We had to go to the back near the edge of the wall to grab them ourselves. He came back with our food and we didn’t hear from him for the rest of the meal. We had waited for about 25 minutes after finishing our meal, and no bill. We had to walk up to the front desk and you know who we saw? Our server making small talk with the staff. (That partially counts as the 3 words we heard him speak.) He didn’t bother to apologize at all for not getting the bill, napkins or crayons. We also had to go up to the bar to get our own drinks because no one camp to refill them. I would come again for food, never the service. The food was amazing. There are certain levels that can explain it but it broke the scale with how good it was. It partially makes up for our...

There were 5 of us here today. We are visitors from other states. We were looking for a sports bar to sit and have lunch and watch the Packer game. Waited 20 minutes for them to clean the table, placed our drink order and food order. Finally had to go and get our own drinks from the bar. When food finally came the fries were cold and overcooked on every order. Every plate had something wrong with it, either cold, soggy wilted lettuce, hard stale bread. The servers were rude, the manager was young and obnoxious, thinking that giving us a basket of fries (that virtually was enough for 2) and 10% off our bill was sufficient when clearly almost everything ordered was still sitting on our plates inedible. They were more concerned putting out their free buffet that everyone in there was eating than providing good food and service for paying customers. When we had to ask another waitress to clear our table and get us someone to take our order she came across as if she was annoyed that we even bothered her. Then the waitress serving us, was unavailable, cared little about the fact that there was something wrong with our meals and when we were discussing with manager about what was wrong, she was rudely snatching plates off our table and speaking sarcastically. Considering what my sister stated about her stay at this resort and warned us against making our reservations there, I can understand why if the service in the pub is any indication of the rest...

WORST SERVICE EVER. Deserve 0 stars. We travel a lot. We have seen a lot of different places. Never have we had the service we had there. We went specifically for the steel drums on the waterfront. We got there around 3, when the entertainment started. We sat and we waited and waited and waited...30 minutes no service. This is after we made eye contact with everyone working the outside area. We finally went and got ourselves a drink at the tiki bar which was poorly serviced and not well stocked. We enjoyed the music, but that was it. Finally, at 5 pm, 2 hours later and many moments of eye contact with different personnel, a person from the wait stuff approached our table and asked if we were eating dinner there. We said we would have if someone had approached us two hours ago. She never offered an apology, instead she said that a wedding party was due to sit in our seats at 5:30. We commented on how horrible the service was, how we would be leaving when we finished our drinks, and not to worry, we would never be back again. We were highly disappointed and want to share this review with anyone considering going here. Very disappointed. Horrible...

Ate here on a Wednesday night. We came for the nice views. They had 2 servers for the entire restaurant. Didn't get our food for over an hour or so later. Server forgot to serve our appetizer. Our food arrived bordering on luke warm and cold. The steak was tasty, but red potatoes were so overcooked they were mushy and had zero flavor, not even salt. The asparagus was so over steamed, they were yellow, with no flavor btw. One person in our party didn't even get her food. Upon serving our meals, she was told there was an error in her meal and the chef was fixing it. 15 min later, she was told there was no ribeye left to make her meal. Wouldn't they of known this earlier before we all received our meals? And we were there at 6pm. Not even late. She watched us eat and they offered her a different meal for a discount. Which didn't arrive until we were done and leaving. Should have believed the negative reviews but thought we'd try it, especially for the bay view. Will not be returning. Here's her meal, nothing, not even a plate to eat our leftovers.

Perfect location, right on the water and next to the bridge. We went on a weeknight before a holiday weekend and it was not busy at all; it didn’t take us any time to get a table. They have bar tables, regular tables and bar seating. There’s also a patio and another separate dining room. They even have a little game room which is good for kids! The service was exceptionally slow, our waitress was nice enough. The food and drinks were all pretty basic, simple ingredients, nothing too outside the box. The star of the show was truly the soup, which on that day was a chicken and rice soup.

I went here for a business breakfast. The room was large enough to probably hold at least 150 people. Outside was a view of the bay of Sturgeon Bay. They started us with cherry mimosas, breakfast rolls, and yogurt with fruit and granola. The meal was quiche, hash browns, bacon, and a strawberry. The staff were almost inconspicuous and very quiet as they served us and then picked up our plates when we were done. The room had 3 screens so that everyone was able to see, and the sound system worked perfectly. This is a great venue for business meetings and conferences!
