Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Suffolk

There is a wait at this location. The set up of the lobby is very awkward. There are a few chairs lined against the wall and because of the wait, there’s always people standing around with nowhere to be but in the middle of the floor. The pizza is always good because it’s always fresh, hence the wait. The cheese sticks are always extremely greasy, but satisfying. However, they keep the marinara sauce for dipping bread sticks, cheese sticks… At room temperature, prepackaged. Every single time I eat it, I feel nauseous. Therefore, I skip the crazy sauce and order a few sealed ranch dip cups. Customer service is here and there. It’s a younger group of employees, so you never know what you’re going to get. Some are friendly and give a nice greeting and then there’s the girl that gives the telling your food order to a scarecrow type...

Ordered a deep dish so I could pick up something quick after being on the road for 10 hours with my family. I get the pizza, we drive away and then discovered it was uncooked...the dough oozed out, completely raw. We drove back 15 mins to return it. I waited patiently while they helped everyone else, ignoring me, until a nice gentlemen told me to go ahead of him. I was met with disbelief until I lifted a random piece and dough oozed out. Then I was asked if I had called to complain while another worker seemed put out to remake it. I demanded a refund at that point. I did receive a refund but with no other compensation for my trouble. Do not bother going here. Between the raw pizza and subpar costumer service, it's not worth it even if you're desperate for a quick pizza after all...

This lady works at the Lill Ceasars located on North Main St. In Suffolk Va. She uses racial slurs towards the young black kids who work at that location. She yells & speaks down towards them as I have observed. I brought it to the guy who manages that location & he stated he would handle it. Let the owner know & update me with a resolve. However, he's dating the lady who is doing such tasteless things & and has yet to contact me with an update. Clearly, Hailey doesn't have an issue using such language because she has done so before, as you can see in the picture. The owner of that location needs to fire & hire new managers. People who actually care about running a business correctly & giving proper training to those high school kids that are just learning & getting some type...
