Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Sugar Hill

The store was dirty upon walking in. Giving the benefit of the doubt.. It was lunchtime, but there were no customers. The man at the register asked for my order. Before I could get it out, he said I'LL ASK FOR YOUR TOPPINGS LATER. OK..... I was shocked by his abruptness. He made the sandwich, asked it I wanted my receipt and put it on the counter. The receipt rolled away, he walked off, never handing me my food or even giving me a bag for all my items. Granted, I haven't eaten my sandwich yet, I will never come back here. The way he made me feel hurried and like he has better things to do is not welcoming at all. Next time, I will just go to Public, right next door. Poorest customer service... Reflects badly...

Great place like all Jersey Mikes since opening less than 6 months ago. Great sandwiches at a fairly decent price. Has become VERY popular and busy since opening and to some extent they're shorthanded of help. I kind of hope they would extend their hours to 10pm at least on Fri and Sat because when I go there at 8:30PM they're still busy. I think they could still make...
