I would never come to this store ever again , it was my first time and last time. The drive through took long 30- 40 minutes, they move slow instead of communicating and apologizing about the almost an hour wait. I ordered the steak sandwich after waiting for 30 minutes in drive thru , she handed me wrong food and I made a u-turn and went inside the store to inform the lady in the front , she just seem not to care or acknowledge, she was just moving so slow and had 3 people in that line while she move slow and does everything else for 30 minutes , then I gave her the wrong order they gave me and took another 20 minutes to give me my correct order, only to be giving the wrong order again ! And so at this point I just asked my refund, and she still just moving slow and not giving any minimum service to anyone, I won’t be back and I’d be sure to be spreading this to all my colleagues at my building or friends not to come here. I work food service industry so I understand how hectic things can be, but Ana who I assume is the manager was very very rude and unhelpful to NAM who was working the front by himself. Making drinks, making shakes and taking orders providing excellent customer service. Charley’s deserves a new manager who’s helpful and willing to teach not ridicule and be mean! But negative stars if it was possible for an incompetent and defensive manager. She was just awful.
She wouldn't even consider putting a sign that the soda dispenser was out of order, instead saying"it's powered down" due to not having any CO2 (it's not powered down) and relying on the cashier to mention to every customer purchasing a drink (FYI the cashier didn't mention it until after the fact) And having 3 soda options in a can
