At this location the manage encourages bad treatment; small & non-consistent portioning of the food (the team operates with a barely decent demeanor; which I believe comes from his overcast of negative energy) & 9 out of 10 your food is turn over with the juices in the bag (I would say maybe from rushingđ¤ˇđ˝ââď¸ I am not usually one to reflect on negative experiences. I give the benefit of doubt & allowance for the understanding that any & everyone can have a bad day. However; when it comes to ârepeat offendersâ (of which show no remorse for their negative & negatively impacting actions)...it becomes almost unacceptable. Mainly bcuz there is noooo effort @ operating with a more considerate or reasonable resolve. Now, itâs also one thing to come from employees that are looking for a standard from management; & management turns out to be the REAL poison in the situation (the contamination become a greater concern for not only not having the facility come to a better interactive; but a position where one begins to immediately say; âthey rather not have that experience & will find someone else to dine...& the manager @ this Pandaâs location is the absolute worst. My family & I have gone in & given that benefit of the doubt I spoke of earlier @ least 3 times; with being treated âawfulâ to keep it light; to a point of having waited for a close to $50 order; after waiting food being given to others; manager pouting & rolling his eyes (as if someone he was in a personal relationship with; also adding that a customer was âannoying him too.â & if youâre thinking well that was his bad day; he repeat offended 2 more times & this last time (I really had no intentions of returning to the store ANY more; as to never encounter him again; thought he no longer worked there; ...but my sons went & received an order that was đđź; I spoke to the more decent young manager (which whether he replaced the order or not; understood corrective actions needed to be taken) anyway, in returning for the replacement; this guy (sorry I have to put it this way; (but to be clear on who he is; itâs the black manager @ the Eldridge pkwy location) he acted so aggressively rude, & as if irreplaceable to feel not only the need to not be accommodating; but talking over me & not even listen to understand to correct anything...he walks off & says take it up with guess services ...this after recalling how they (he particular was rude & messed up my almost $50 order about 3 months ago)...he brings that upđł Most awful experience & the nerve to recall (perception is key; I was ashamed for him) & even then his angle was to have it be a horrible experience I knew then; bcuz I had shared with him that very statement before; about experience being the main...
   Read moreI ordered online at 8:17pm and was told my order would be ready at 8:35pm. I arrived promptly at 8:35 to pick up my food, was then left standing at the register with absolutely no acknowledgement from the staff that I was there - they were very good at avoiding looking at me so as not to have to acknowledge me. when I am finally helped (out of necessity as they needed to collect money from another customer), I give the lady my name and she looks down at the printer where my order has been sitting, completely ignored, for 20 minutes. I'm told they will get it "right away" and sit down. 10 minutes pass and still no food. no apology. I approach the register to ask about my food and I'm told that my food is being prepared ... in line with all the people who walked in and didnt order ahead. it has now been another 5 minutes and my food is sitting getting cold while they collect money from people, despite the fact my food is paid for and should have been ready 15 minutes ago. After 20 minutes I asked for a manager. One of the employees who had previously ignored me approached and identified himself as a manager. I explained the situation and he went looking for my order .... it had been placed at the end of the line of "to go" orders and all of the customers in line were being helped before the to go orders were being addressed. In short I sat there for 20 minutes to be completely ignored while people came in, got their food, and left. I am an Uber Eats driver and I have been to multiple Panda Express through out the Houston area and this particular location is the worst. I went to retrieve my Uber Eats order, as I approach the front there were at least 4-5 employees just standing around do absolutely nothing. There was one other gentlemen in line before be and he was just standing waiting for someone to take his order or at least address him. Finally, I said " what's going on here" then one lady reluctantly started to take the gentlemen's order. Let me remind you, it was just he and I in line waiting to be serviced, with several other employees available to service me next. But no, one guy was showing another lady something on his phone, two other ladies had a side personal conversation going on. It was simply unprofessional and un believable!!! Again, I had to get someone's attention to be serviced. I asked " is anyone goin to help or even acknowledge me. Once again an Asian young lady, reluctantly decided to service me with an attitude and not even a slight apology. I believe her name was Jan or Jane, something like that.
