Updated: Eid March 30, 2025 Where do I begin? They ruined my family’s Eid.
You’d expect a lot if they charged $30 for their Eid buffet. Food was extremely salty. Nihari tasted like orange juice. Almost all items were chicken. Where was the beef in this outrageous price? Buffet items were not replenished at all. Daal was just awful. How can someone mess up such an easy dish? Tables were so close together during lunch you’d have to brush again someone else’s knee. On top of all this, they had the audacity to charge 15% for a service charge. The fee was almost the same price as one full buffet!!! WHAT service? We only saw one lady clean our mess at the end once we were done. We had to get our own water bottles for drinking. Our entire table was full of dishes until we got up to leave. Paid $224 for my family. Spoke to the owner and nothing was done. Sad. Lost our business. To think we chose Elite over Aga’s on Eid. Huge disappointment and massive mistake!
June 22, 2023 updated review: food was amazing! Came here for a party in their new party hall. Service was spectacular and food was fresh. Definitely appreciate their changes.
February 2023: Let me start by saying the food is nothing at all worth coming back for. It lacked salt and taste.
The restaurant is well decorated and very modernized. The furniture is beautiful and you can definitely tell the two owners put a lot of thought into the decor and style. Loved the ambiance.
I came here for their Sunday brunch, which is completely overhyped. The restaurant was smaller than I expected when walking in. Although I appreciated all the variety in their brunch buffet, including American and Indian-Pakistani foods, the food was very ordinary. Everything was super oily and lacked that special spice everyone loves called salt. They gave me water in a plastic Ozarka water bottle, which honestly made me sad for global warming. My table didn’t have any napkins, which was disappointing. All their booths were uncomfortably close to one another.
On a positive note, the owners were both very nice. The customer service was good, up to par, considering how busy they were. I appreciated how often their employees came to my table to check in on me. It really shows how much they care about their customers and their restaurant. Their naan, waffles,
Nihari, paya, cholay and omelette were all very tasty.
My entire experience was lacking so much more. This restaurant is obviously still very new. I’d come back here maybe after 6 months once this restaurant...

BTW I did personally call them to discuss this and requested the owner to call me on Monday after the Iftar/Dinner. I still have not received a call or a text for a feedback.
I recently hosted an Iftar dinner at Elite Indo-Pak Restaurant’s Lantern Banquet Hall for 125 guests, and while the food was great, the overall experience was completely ruined by the terrible service.
What Was Good?
✔ The food was delicious, and my guests enjoyed the Iftar. ✔ The venue was clean, and tables were well-organized. ✔ The entrance was nice and welcoming.
What Was Absolutely Terrible?
❌ Pathetic Customer Service: I paid a 15% service charge, yet only TWO servers were assigned for 125 people, including many kids. They were hardly available, and guests had to search for someone just to get plates cleared or ask for drinks. This is unacceptable.
❌ No Drink Service: Soft drinks were not served proactively, and even basic requests like asking for Sprite were misunderstood. A well-run banquet should have servers checking on guests and taking drink orders—not making people chase them.
❌ Unprofessional Front Desk Experience: The person handling my booking was rude and dismissive. When I asked about kid-friendly food options, I was bluntly told, “It is what it is.” That’s not how you handle customer requests. In hospitality, flexibility and service matter, and this attitude was unacceptable.
❌ Overpriced for Kids: Charging the same full price for a 6-year-old as a 30-year-old who eats five times more is unreasonable. Most banquet halls offer reduced pricing for children, but here, there was no consideration at all.
❌ Dirty Tables & Lack of Cleanup: My 10-year-old asked where to put his dirty plate because no one was clearing tables. Plates were piling up, and guests were left with unclean tables for long periods. With a 15% service charge, where is that money going if there aren’t enough staff?
Final Thoughts:
The customer service here is absolutely shameful, and the owner needs to pay attention before losing customers. I will NEVER book an event here again unless serious changes are made. If you’re planning an event, look elsewhere unless you want your guests to clean up after themselves.
Improve your service, train your staff, and hire more people for large events—this...
Read moreElite Indo Pak Restaurant is a true gem in the world of Indo-Pak cuisine, and my dining experience here was nothing short of spectacular. With a background in Indo dining, I had high expectations, and this restaurant exceeded them in every way.
The food, tailored to my personal taste and previous Indo dining experiences, was a culinary journey that left me thoroughly impressed. Among the appetizers, the Chicken 65 was a standout. It's a personal favorite, and they truly nailed it here. The flavors were vibrant and the texture perfect.
Their naan and Garlic Naan were equally delightful, showcasing the essence of freshly baked bread. These breads were the perfect accompaniment to the array of delectable curry dishes.
To complement the meal, the Mango Lassi and Chai tea were nothing short of divine. So good, in fact, that multiple rounds of these two beverages were in order.
The restaurant's interior design exudes a sense of neatness and elegance, creating an inviting ambiance that enhances the overall dining experience.
What truly stands out is the option of VIP rooms. With a unique two-floor layout and the flexibility to separate the mirrored rooms with a door, this is an excellent feature. No minimum spending requirement for reserving these VIP rooms is a bonus, making it an accessible luxury for those who want a bit of privacy for their dining experience.
And let's not forget the weekend buffet from 11 AM to 2 PM, offering an enticing selection of dishes at a great price. It's a tempting prospect for my next visit, and I can't wait to explore it.
If you're a fan of Indo-Pak cuisine, this restaurant is a must-visit...
