Moosa Colony — Restaurant in Sugar Land

Wow! You want to talk about a hidden gem? This place is a diamond in the rough. I've seen this place so many times because it is in the same center as my barbershop. The only issue is that when I would go to my barbershop it was always closed during midday. Today, due to some conflicts, I went later in the day and as I was leaving the barbershop, I noticed some of the food trucks here starting to light up, so I decided to pick up something here for supper. I found out the trucks open at 5 pm.

I ended up ordering something from Crispy Rolls Station, Crypto Burger and Surti Chaat food trucks. I'll include reviews of that food under those food trucks.

The food court itself is has over 15 food trucks. I counted 17. There is plenty of outdoor seating. It was a rainy day but luckily the whole time I was there, the rain had stopped and started again as soon as I left. There was a steady stream of people coming and going, which impressed me with the rain and because the trucks had just opened. All trucks seemed to be very quick and efficient with their service. We saw this place in a YouTube video and decided to put it on our list for our vacation in Houston, TX. When we finally found this place we were heartbroken to find out that they were closed and will also be closed the next day of our stay there. There was only couple of trucks there that were open. We tried couple drinks from Thirsty Station. The guys were amazing. They spent almost an hour talking to us lol. We had such a great time despite the fact that this place was closed.
