I saw their add on OfferUp for iPhone 12 Pro Max repairs for the back glass. It stated $49.99 repairs. Before visiting I called them and asked what is the price for iPhone 12 Pro Max back glass repair and they told me on the phone it was $60… Went ahead and went to the store to have them repair it and the man said no the actual price is $79… I was like are you serious right now? 3 different prices?? After some discussion he said he could do it for $70. I was like whatever that’s fine please do a good job. I sat patiently for 40-50 minutes as they repaired it, I took it home and let the adhesive dry until the next morning and I took off all the rubber bands and cleaned off the adhesive residue. The back glass looks fine now, unfortunately my camera is not working properly. While they were repairing my back glass they were either careless to cover the lens on my phone from their laser or they simply left dust or fingerprints on the inside of the lens. Use some common sense why would I want to mess up my camera and images for a cosmetic fix? They took a perfectly functional iPhone 12 Pro Max with a good camera and cracked back, fixed the back and left the camera lens is an unacceptable shape. See for yourself all the blemishes and fog from the lens damage/gust/fingerprint or whatever it is, I will be attaching a photo (sometimes google scales the resolution down so it might not be as visible). I had my doubts and I should have listened to my instincts and left the shop when they were doing funny business with the prices. Would not recommend. If it was the laser that damaged it some tape over the lens could have easily remedied the issue, if it was some dust or a fingerprint/smudge they could have simply wiped it off. It’s not the part that was inadequate and it wasn’t the phone that was tricky to work on it was the carelessness and haste which caused this to happen. I regret trusting them. I really don’t think I need to buy a new phone because mine functions perfectly fine, but they’ve just convinced me that instead of going the repair route with a local shop it’s better to deal with the manufacturer and spend a couple hundred for the peace of mind rather than to save a couple of bucks and deal with crap like this. Guess I’ll have to buy a new phone when they release...

I had purchased several phones giving the benefit of the doubt as after time two “new” phones I purchased began working at some point.
When replacing a cracked screen I was given additional charges of needing an LCD component, which was false only to up the fees.
I remained a loyal customer for years and wrote a good review that sadly has now been deleted. It would not be right to recommend their services after what amounts to theft.
I was told with the last three phones that they were brand new. It took a lot of visits to get two of them working.
After weeks of not getting the third "new" phone functioning I asked for a refund (which was previously guaranteed). Sam hesitated allowing that even though it had been in their possession almost the entire time. After several attempts and only speaking when other customers could not hear, as I respect their business, he took the phone back because the unlocked phone would not function. His preference was to replace it but this was the third time, over three years of upgrading my phone, that there were problems. These were all promised to be unopened, not refurbished phones which clearly were not.
Upon checking my credit card not all of my money was refunded. Even with clear receipts I was not given the full price of my purchase.
I returned to inquire and was told there was a “small” restocking fee. I was out $105. For my time lost in giving them the opportunity to make it right I have paid a heavy price.
Because of the final incident I did get my previous phone repaired elsewhere where I discovered that the reason it did not work is because there were parts missing and parts replaced by Cell Spa. Even the home button. I put my faith in them when my phone was in the back and learned a hard lesson.
They have lost my confidence...
Read moreI found this business because they had 4 stars on YELP and lots of positive reviews. I was looking to buy an unlocked cell phone that would work with sprint. I went to the store and they gave me an iphone 7 plus and said it was unlocked and would work with Sprint. I purchased it. He told me there is no return or exchange. The next day I went to sprint to get my SIM card in and sprint told me the phone was not compatible with Sprint. so the following day 8/10/2020 I went back to the store and told them it was not compatible with sprint even though they sold it to me on the premise that it was compatible with sprint. They then called sprint to confirm and found it was true. The phone was not compatible. They brought out 2 more iphone 7 plus from the back to check if it was compatible with sprint and it was not. I told them to give me a refund and let me go. They said they would not give me a refund and that another shipment of phones was coming in and I should wait. I told them they deceived me by telling me that the phone was compatible with all providers including sprint and therefore they needed to give me a refund. I told him I would sue him. He said go ahead. I told him that I would write a bad review on YELP he said he would delete it. I thought this was ludricrous business and i began to record him and what he was saying. He told me I couldnt record him and called the cops on me. The cop came she heard both our sides, she asked them to just give me a refund. They said they couldn't and then she advised me to take them to court. I left the phone at the store without a refund. I am pretty sure this business owner has done this to other people and is finding ways to obscure YELP reviews. I only went to this company because of YELP but they are...
