Flying Saucer Draught Emporium — Restaurant in Sugar Land

Off rip I want to say the food at this place is delicious but the service is poo poo cheese! The grilled salmon bowl, slapped! We ordered the carne asada fries as an appetizer and it was amazing, the fish and chips were too good; however, as I said before the service was awful. The lady waiting on us came through with the stale face. She asked us what we wanted but she was more direct then she was friendly. I get it so I wasn't mad at that. We asked her several times if we could get some paper towels because our table was filthy! There was crumbs all over the table. Someone has spilled something at the edge of the table so we wanted some paper towels. She dismissed us all thee times we asked. I even told her the table was dirty but she just walked away. We got the food and she gave us a stack of paper towels. Like TF we need all these aper towels now that my food is here sitting on this dirty table? The specialty cocktails were expensive and they weren't good. We had the pomegranate Paloma and the margarita on the rocks. They weren't good. Neither was good to be honest. They should just stick with beer in my opinion. At the end we spent like more than $100 and it's sad because the only thing that was good was the food. We paid and at the end of it all we noticed this waitress gave herself a $20 tip!! Making our total about $120. Nope! Tht math ain't mathing! I'm not the one to really go out of my way to write reviews or complain about anything but the service here was absolutely horrible. I met up with a group of guys for a birthday dinner and got there about an hour late, and no one had their food. When the food did arrive, my friends tried telling Loren (our waitress) about some of the mistakes that were made to the food. She proceeded to walk off, so we got the attention of another waitress and told her the issue. When Loren got back she was upset at us for not communicating that with her saying that makes her look bad, and her attitude was snooty after that. When she brought the checks she literally slammed them on the table and threw them at us, and after we all paid she brought all of them back and dropped them at the end of the table. To make matters worse, two guys did not receive their change, so when I confronted her about that and slamming the tabs on the table she completely ignored that and said "that's impossible" when I told her about the change. She came over to see who's change she didn't give back and one of the guys was owed 10 cents. She said "you wanted your 10 cents back?" And the guy said yea, but she then said "we don't have change" and walked off. I wanted to approach the manager about that but my friend didn't want anymore conflict since it was his birthday and was legit trying to enjoy his night. Boy Sugar Land Flying Saucer dropped the ball on this one. We were there this evening for a promotion night. They were doing Octoberfest beer in special Beer Steins as a promotion. When we arrived and asked about the promotion we were told they didn't start pouring in the mugs until 7 PM. At 7:05 we ordered our beer and were informed they were out of the specialty mugs. Five minutes after the promotion started they were out of the promotional mugs. That was the whole reason we went. I have to tell you I am far from impressed. Who runs out of their promotional products 5 minutes after the promotion starts. Not like they have not done these promotions before. I could see almost all the tables inside the bar from where we were sitting and I only counted 15 steins in total on those tables......WOW. They didn't even do us the favor of taking a phone number and saying they could order more mugs in and we could pick them up a later date. There were a lot of unhappy people leaving when we left. The people at the tables around us had been waiting for an hour and half for the promotion to start and had bought food and several beers waiting for there Mugs and didn't even get the mug.
