I'm new to the area and am so happy I found this store! I picked out a couple of items last week that I love. I purchased a dress, and shortly after getting home, one of the straps snapped. I gave the store a call and within 10 minutes, the owner personally reached out to me to apologize and offered to get my dress fixed (or return if I wanted). 3 days later, I have my dress and its good as new!
