After a while we went back to PF Chang's and we got a good service and great food. All the food tasted great and we really enjoyed it. Only one suggestion we have for them is to kindly serve drinks and appetizers before the main course. I don't think it's a good idea to bring everything at once and we have to eat our appetizers with the main course. Manager and the gentleman who served us where very courteous. Will definitely go back if they keep this quality. We love Chinese food. 2/12/23
Terrible experience from the beginning to end. Waiter doesn't know about the food i asked in the menu. Started off he gave me a wrong information. Then not to make him more confused i ordered something i usually gets then I pointed out him and he admitted that he was wrong. Then I asked for a draft beer and he bought me a bottle beer. I again told him I asked for the draft but his reply was they dont have draft beer at that time again I settled for what he said but not I wanted but i asked him so the bottle is more cheaper than the draft correct and his answer was certainly. After few mins I saw other waiters serving draft beers on the other tables. Finally the food they brought to the table was burned. Tasted, smelled burned...and before even I pointed out the waiter said it looked burned me get you the manager. Manager came and took the food back to the kitchen and provided with a new fried rice. Forgot to mention that the combination fried rice had 1 shrimp in it...thanks for their kindness. I was tired of the experience by then and wanted to leave that place...asked for the bill, to go box...which took another 30 mins to bring it to me and as I expected they charged me for a draft beer. Again I asked the waiter why and he said let me get you the manager. Another 20 mins passed his managed didn't showed up and we were ready to go with my 1 yr old since he was getting frustrated. Later waiter came back and asked if the manager ever showed up, I said no and I am tired of waiting...just take the money. But I confronted him about he told me the bottle is cheaper than the draft and surprisingly his answer was his manager told him that bottle is expensive than draft...I said I never heard that before. Finally I just left that place paying what ever was on the bill and gave him tip. For my surprise even when I was leaving he was looking for his manager. Conclusion there are plenty of great Chinese restaurants to eat here now...I was a...
Read moreMy recent dining experience at P.F. Chang's was an unforgettable journey through the rich and diverse flavors of Asian cuisine, set against the backdrop of the restaurant's elegant and inviting ambiance. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff, ready to guide me through their menu of modern Asian dishes. The highlight of my visit was a selection of dishes that perfectly showcased the restaurant's commitment to quality and flavor: the chicken lettuce wraps, Asian barbeque ribs, pork egg rolls, complemented by sips of sake and a beautifully crafted mai tai.
The chicken lettuce wraps were a delightful start to the meal. The perfectly seasoned ground chicken, combined with crispy water chestnuts and a hint of hoisin sauce, wrapped in fresh lettuce leaves, was a symphony of textures and flavors. It was a light yet satisfying dish that set a high expectation for the courses that followed.
Next came the Asian barbeque ribs, which were nothing short of spectacular. The ribs were tender and juicy, falling off the bone with the slightest touch. The barbeque glaze was a perfect balance of sweet and tangy, with a hint of smokiness that lingered on the palate. This dish was a testament to P.F. Chang's ability to elevate traditional recipes with a modern twist.
The pork egg rolls were a crunchy delight, filled with a savory mixture of pork and vegetables. Each bite was a burst of flavor, enhanced by the accompanying dipping sauce that added just the right amount of tanginess.
To complement the meal, I indulged in a glass of sake and a mai tai. The sake was smooth, warm and refined, serving as the perfect palate cleanser between dishes. The mai tai, on the other hand, was a tropical treat, with its vibrant layers of rum, lime, and almond, creating a refreshing balance to the rich flavors of the...
Read moreThe to-go orders from this PF Chang location has gone down hill!! I have been ordering to-go millions times from this location (in the past 10 years) but recently the food quality has been very disappointing! I spent over $30 for 1 person's order including an extra $4 for fried rice but the portion was less than 1/2 of the plate. I can afford the $4 but even that, the food taste is not that good and very upsetting! I really don't know what happened to the to-go chefs in this restaurant anymore. Previously I ordered bigger portions for to-go and the taste was still the similar disappointing to me and my family. Besides, their takeout parking was always bad too. When I told the takeout server Litzy about the white Corvette was taking 1 and 1/2 parking spaces in the takeout area and I barely could fit my Audi into a space before I could barely open the door to get out, she said she couldn't do anything about it. When I told her I seemed to be the only one at the takeout area to pick up the food and no one else did, then why would they allow a white Corvett parking there within the 10-minutes takeout zone? She replied in the cold manner that she didn't know but couldn't do anything about it. Overall, despite the food quality at this PF Chang location has gone down hill and not tasty anymore, the service quality is more and more unpleasant. It's time to spend the money...
