Subway — Restaurant in Sugar Land

It is ridiculous that I have called this place about 17 times within the last 15 minutes and they have not answered once. You can hear them answer the phone and not talk and then hang up. I was attempting to cancel my order because I had ordered too soon and I had been sitting there waiting for them to answer after their extremely long amounts of ringing. These people should at least answer the phone, usually I am a regular at their restaurant but I might have to change subways, they are right behind my work place and it is usually easier for my coworker and I to go in and just pick up. We have been coming to this location for a while. Their employees keep changing. We started experiencing some nice and good quality service when manager Mina came. Not like the previous managers, Mina was very professional and friendly; she even remembered details such as my daughter loves lots of pickles… We went there earlier today and didn’t see her. When we asked for her, we were told that she was fired… What shocking news! We can’t imagine what drove this decision; Mina always seemed to enjoy what she does every day helping people. Today as I write this review I’m still standing here waiting 15min later as the employee talks on the phone. I wish I could post my picture on here of her talking on the phone but it won’t let me.
