I have had a custom wedding band, wedding ring, monogram necklace, 2 other rings and a pair of diamond earrings all custom made by them! They can make anything as long as you have a picture. I tweaked things to exactly what I wanted and BAM, done! Each piece turned out amazing...all from sending pictures via email. The customer service is top notch. You feel important. The knowledge is top notch. The gemstones and pricing are all the best. She works with you and your budget and gives you the best bang for your buck. All of this and I don’t even live in the area. Super easy over the phone and via emailed pictures of what I want. In addition, THREE other ppl I referred have done the same, all from 3 completely different states. Every wedding ring they created came out perfectly. All through emailed pictures. If you go anywhere else, you are spending too much money for not as good of a gemstone and you will not have a relationship like you could with someone you can fully trust. I first contacted Rose, who made the arrangements for my consultation with Nichole, and she was incredibly friendly via WhatsApp and answered any questions that I had. My in-person consultation and pickup were done with Nichole, who had a great, positive attitude and was very friendly. She understood the sentimental value of the piece I was having worked on and was very helpful in letting me know what alternatives could be done if for some reason the ring adjustment could not be performed.
