Walked in and noticed how dirty the floors were. I approached the counter, and it wasn't clean. You can clearly see drink and food residue. The person who took my order looked at me twice but didn't acknowledge me. When she (Lidya) finally came to the counter, her disposition wasn't friendly, and she appeared to be the manager/lead. The drink machine didn't produce ice, and it wasn't very clean. The area where you get the straws and lids at was dirty. The restroom was dirty. The sink looks like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. There wasn't a clean table at all. I actually whipped the table off myself by using napkins and water from the drink machine. They could use some deep cleaning. I ordered the smashed Sourdough (new) burger because it looked so good and the commercial. But when I received it, the sourdough bread was overcooked and hard. Plus, the curly fries were cold. I was on lunch break, so I didn't have time to go anywhere else at that point. So I kinda took a chance with my health I feel because the place was so dirty. And that just from what I could see. now I never expect anything above average when I got to any fast food establishment. But today, Jack In The Box has hit a new low for me. We arrived to get food before heading to see family and decided to go here since no one was in the drive thru. The order was “6 orders of the 2 tacos for .99 cents, a large curly fry, number seven combo with a large curly fry, and two large drinks.” The gentleman at the speaker continued to ask for the flavors of the drinks over and over again. Also, he continued to only put two tacos on the order when we needed 12. After about five minutes he just asked us to come to the window. We get our order and we only received the burger and four out of the twelve tacos. After going back and forth for about an additional eleven minutes, they finally get our order right. We asked for taco sauce for our food as well as ketchup. I guess at this point they became frustrated then threw just four packets of taco sauce in the bag and forgot to even give my wife her debit card back after asking if we actually paid for our food. Read moreI made an online order only for no one to answer at the drive through and to go to the front door to make eye contact with this woman only for her to ignore me. I called several times only for her to turn all of the lights off and pretend the store is closed. This store is labeled as a 24 hour store, so I’m honestly surprised and frustrated that they would ignore a paying customer without addressing the fact that they took my money and acted as if my order was fulfilled when it was not. This was my first online order with Jack in the Box. Needless to say, I will never return to any Jack in the Box ever again. Avoid Jack in the Box at all costs. Go to your local Whataburger instead. Even if Whataburger is understaffed, they will serve you delicious food and not just ignore you in such a blatant and disrespectful way. I am disgusted with this store and have not yet received a refund for the order I made. These people will steal your money and act like nothing happened as I was not given the food I paid for.
