Attorney David Kiatta — Local services in Sugar Land

0430 25 Dec. Christmas morning in Fort Bend, Texas, a young man decided to steal from me. I saw him breaking in on my security cameras. I addressed the issue and the burglar. I am a Black man in Texas. Even with footage from my surveillance cameras and being well within the requirements of the castle doctrine, (this happened between dusk and dawn, and on property under my control) I still needed an attorney. From the moment I first spoke with Attorney Kiatta he was respectful and empathetic. He made me feel as though he understood my fear as well as made me comfortable. He also expertly explained the process and kept me up to date as the case progressed. Attorney Kiatta was always reasonably available. When I would call and he was unavailable he’d text right back saying “I’LL CALL YOU RIGHT BACK…!!” or something to that effect and he did. He sat outside my murder grand jury hearing and was the first person I saw when I walked out. (Defense Attorneys aren't allowed in the court during a grand jury hearing) No Bill!!!! I’m beyond thankful for this generous man.

Let’s face it, no one is an angel. There comes a point in your life when you make a mistake & you will need to get help to fix your mistake.
