I want to be abundantly clear when I tell you NOT TO COME HERE! Please! If you want to keep your children safe. . .this is not the place for them. Urban Air may be a great franchise BUT NOT THIS LOCATION. My kids and their class came here on a field trip. During the time that they were here 2 of the kids sustained serious injuries from the equipment. And not just a regular bump or scratch from kids being kids but an actual gash on the face, with blood that had to receive medical attention. Staff was notified that the equipment that caused this injury was broken and the staff member, who was a teen, wrapped it with tape. ??? . . Not close it down, Take it apart, but wrap it with tape! Why would you do that?? For another kid to come along and injure themselves? Because that exactly what happened. This caused great concern about the other equipment they have. Are the slides up to code? Are the trampolines safe? And Oh My God the ZIPLINE!!! Who is checking this stuff? If there are taping this up, what else is broken and being taped together? There was also glass and pieces of metal found in the ball pit. We asked for a supervisor and/or management and we were told that there were no superiors on site and there was no one in the building that could help us. We went to the front desk and the staff member was asleep! YES!! She had her head down, on the desk, SLEEP! What kind of work environment is this?? Teens everywhere with no supervision? How is Urban Air a functioning business with these kinds of issues going on? DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!! I am currently in the process of contacting corporate. The police are involved as well.

Fun for the family. Lots of fun trampoline stations and activities. The zip line and rope course is challenging but doable for most kids. A few of the attractions are size restricted for safety. Attendants are helpful and friendly. The snack bar has an assortment of park type foods and snacks (pizza, hot dogs, soft drinks, icees, and a selection of adult beverages. Limited options for allergies and no gluten free options were available. Note that they have a no outside food or beverage policy. Multiple party rooms, loads of tables and benches. Lockers are available for day or hourly rental starting at around $5.00. There are open cubbies for storage of shoes and other items. Signs throughout note that they are not responsible for lost or stolen items. A few of the trampoline stations were taped off for maintenance but overall the facility is in good shape and clean. The bumper carts were up and running during our visit. The wait for the zip line and rope course can be long but not terribly. Most of the video games were out of service. Parking can be a challenge on the weekends and the place can get quite crowded on the weekends as well. Overall a fun place that can be enjoyed regardless of the weather. Wish they had more options s for allergies. Would definitely come back again.

Title: Thrilling Fun for All Ages: A Review of Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Rating: ★★★★☆

Nestled within the heart of the city, Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park offers an adrenaline-pumping escape for both kids and kids-at-heart. As a family seeking an action-packed day out, we decided to give this park a try, and it didn't disappoint!

Facilities and Activities: Urban Air boasts an impressive array of activities that cater to various interests and age groups. The vast trampoline park alone is worth the visit, featuring interconnected trampolines, foam pits, and slam dunk zones for basketball enthusiasts. My children were on cloud nine as they bounced, flipped, and laughed their way through the different sections.

The Ninja Warrior Course is undoubtedly the highlight of the park. It provided a great challenge for older kids and adults, testing our strength, balance, and determination. It was exhilarating to conquer the obstacles, and even the spills brought a lot of laughs. The variety of skill levels catered to beginners and experienced thrill-seekers alike.

Safety: One of the key concerns for any adventure park is safety, and Urban Air didn't skimp in this area. The staff was attentive, ensuring that all participants adhered to safety guidelines and provided helpful instructions. The equipment appeared well-maintained, and safety pads were strategically placed throughout the trampoline areas. We felt at ease knowing that our kids were in good hands.

Customer Service: The staff at Urban Air were friendly, enthusiastic, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work. They patiently guided participants through the various activities, and their positive attitude added to the overall experience. We encountered no issues during our visit, but I'm confident they would have been promptly addressed given the staff's attentiveness.

Cleanliness: Cleanliness is another crucial factor for a family-friendly attraction, and we were pleased to find the facility tidy and well-maintained. The staff frequently tidied up the trampolines and activity areas, ensuring a hygienic and pleasant environment for all visitors.

Food and Amenities: Urban Air offers a snack bar with a decent selection of refreshments and snacks. While the options were adequate, we found the prices to be a tad steep for what was offered. Considering the high energy exertion at the park, a more substantial food selection would have been appreciated. However, this didn't dampen our spirits, as there are plenty of dining options nearby.

Conclusion: Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park is a fantastic destination for families and friends seeking an action-packed day of fun. With its variety of thrilling activities, engaging staff, and strong emphasis on safety, it delivers an unforgettable experience. While the food options may leave room for improvement, the overall enjoyment we experienced makes this park well worth a visit. We will certainly be returning for more gravity-defying adventures...

2-15-2020 NOT happy with the check in. There was a LONG LONG line for the customers with memberships than the line with non-members. Current members were lined up where we usually line up to check in at Urban Air and we were all notified the Ipad was not working to check us in so they moved us to the opposite computer end where there was no one to check us in. There was a manager dressed in a purple shirt checking members in and he just walked away after checking one person in and there was a line of maybe two families in front of me and five families behind me. He never came back and I left the line to approach him and he was pulling a large chest to the employee area with food or something inside of it. He said he is not checking in members but he was the person who was there and walked away. I went back to the line very upset then one of the other customer service reps moved to the member line and started checking members in. We have a Ultimate Awesome membership and they did not have a way to write my son was to receive the entree, snack and whatever else he was to get. They wrote it on a snack card ultimate awesome membership so he would get his items. I left my son with a family member telling him this and he was NOT allowed to get the things that came with the membership. I guess the front desk was not communicating with the concession stand and this was NOT the first time this has happened (second time). They have members get these memberships yet they don't make good on the promises that come with the membership. The bathrooms were horrendous and not clean sanitary at all. There was tissue all on the floor, coming out of the trash cans and the floors were wet. The table area was not cleaned and there was trash under most of the long tables. Not a pleasant experience for me. Maybe they allowed many customers in than they had the opportunity to handle but it was truly not a good experience.

Previous Visit! I paid for and booked a party here and called to confirm the next day. A lady name Jenna who said she was the manager come on the phone. I had a few questions for her and she was not pleasant to speak to at all. I have always had great customer service here and we often come once a week. I am appalled by how she was not patient and definitely not someone I would have as a manager of a child friendly establishment. Very disappointed. I...

I'm giving this place 2 stars due to the party host really trying to work with me. We have been to a few Urban Airs with no problems. But this is the first time we had a party planned. First, I get there and the suite I reserved 1 month in advance was double booked. I booked a suite downstairs but was flexible and said OK you can give me the upstairs suite. Second, my party had to wait because there were no adult jump socks available. We had to sit around and wait until some were found, which took some time. They also stated that I would be able to get Capri Suns for the kids. They did not have any Capri Suns. This should have been stated when I called and went over the party with the party coordinator. Third, I was told by the party coordinator that I had until Friday (the party was booked for the following Saturday) to add additional pizzas to my order. I called Friday morning and added 2 additional pizzas which would have been 5 in total. I was told I could not get the 2 additional pizzas because the "manager" was out that day and they should have not been added. I had a room full of guest waiting to eat. The room was also double booked so I could not extend my time due to another party coming to occupy the room. Instead of having all the food ready guess what???? They had only one pizza ready for a room full of about 15 guests. And guess what else?? We had only 30 minutes left before I had to wrap up my party. I finally talked to the onsite "GM" after trying to be understanding because they were busy. He came up with a solution to be comped only for the suite. He tried to rectify the situation but from his nonchalant attitude he seemed to just be over the whole situation. You can tell when someone isn't happy with what they are doing. Or maybe it was just an off day. I don't know. Once I received my pizza that I had been waiting on they still were not what I ordered. I had to rush and sing happy birthday, open presents, and get everything out the suite because of poor time management on their part. This place is poorly managed, ran by kids and lacks structure. I will not recommend this place for a party. My son still had a good time despite all the unfortunate mishaps. Also, they do not have a section for toddlers. This is something they should consider because I could not let my little one jump without the older children constantly almost...
